CT Corporation Avis 

I have talked to 7 people -- all super nice and who tried to be helpful -- but was transferred multiple times & call would drop; given wrong phone numbers to call; told my account number doesn't exist; invoices can't be found, then were found, but not on website. Very frustrating.

Initial conversations and helpfulness were great. Now it gets handed off to another team and their intake form is ridiculous. Unorganized, unclear, ineffective. I'm very disappointed.

I had to sue a large apartment management in Civil Court, 2 years ago. The case was settled about a year ago.
This apartment company manages aprtment complexes all over the world. I won becuase not only was I right, but because the management company's lawyer and CT Corporation, as their Registered Agent, both lied under oath. This helped me in the final round of negotiations the day before the final hearing. Ct Corp not only lied in Court, but the defense presented a letter repeating that lie, which the defense attorny supported. The letter claimed CT Corp was not the company's registered agent, which contradicted Washing State SOS records. They still are the registered agent of said company today.
One can find all the info in the court's case files, of which I have retained copies. CT Corp has neveer returned my inquiries from before and after that hearing..
Makes a person ask, "How reliable and honest is CT Coporation as a Registered Agent?"

Very likely a scam, received an invoice out of nowhere for three years of services I never contracted. Beware
