Registered Agent Request
The customer service agents understood the services I need after my brief explanation over the phone. However, when the first agent forwarded me to a sales/service team, I was sent back to the previous menu. The second agent answered and gave me a price quote and a schedule to complete the tasks I needed done. This was great. I'm waiting for her e-mail.

CT Corp excels at customer service!
Oh my gosh the ease of the online process coupled with amazing customer service. I received an email right away from JR asking to assist in completing my task. I had jumped the gun and was already receiving assistance from Marie Heitzman who was amazing. Then to top it off Frank called to make sure all was working. Amazing customer service, thank you.

CT Corp - Good Service Gone
CT Corp, now Wolters Kluwer has been our registered agent for over 30 years. We've downsized, withdrawn from some states. Three month prior to our billing South Carolina billing 11/30/25, we notified them of our withdrawal. I've emailed proof, called them, written responses to their billing but they refuse to remove it. My last email to them, April 17, 2025, received a response just today August 7, 2025 and uninformed and threatening response! They are no longer the great company they were. I cannot recommend them because they do not communicate and they do not even try to resolve a simple issue.

called on the Monday after 4th of July…
called on the Monday after 4th of July holiday to ask for guidance on insertion of name of CT Corporation System representative to stick in Florida LLC online application to register a new Florida LLC for a client. Call not returned (understandable) so called again on Wednesday July 9--spoke with Jane Zachritz, she was great, answered my question.
