Love their design
I got their product in early November, but honestly, I completely forgot I’d already ordered it back in mid october. I just remember seeing it on facebook and, well, impulse buying it while I was a little high lol. But you know what? I don’t think i’ll regret it. My bf loved it when i wore it for him. The design on their lingerie is super bold, and honestly, it made me feel like I was 5 years younger when i saw myself in the mirror. I was like, "Wow, i actually don’t look too bad!" I’d definitely buy from them again when i get the chance.

Item never received, wont refund or resend! STAY AWAY!!!
Item said delivered, but it never turned up, i checked my security footage of 30 mins before delivery time right up until 30 mins past delivery time, no vehicle even entered my street, let alone my drive way..
I emailed and they told me to check with post office.. supposed delivery time was 9.03pm at night so my post office would not of been open, i went and asked anyway and was told that the courier in question doesn't exist and it looks like i have been scammed. i have sent numerous emails to Wonder Skull but i only get the response to check with the post office, they will not resend using a different courier or refund my money. I am about to visit my bank and have them request the money back!! For now i am at a complete loss!! would highly recommend to stay away from this company!!!!

As i mentioned above, i checked security footage and it never arrived, so how could something that didn't arrive be stolen?
You say you provided evidence that it was delivered? but you do not have a photo of it on my doorstep or a signature of someone signing for it.. so how is what this courier says considered as evidence??
As mentioned above, i have security footage facing both ends of my street, courier says it arrived at 9.03pm, i checked footage from 8.33pm till 9.33pm and there where no cars that entered my street, this confirms that it wasn't delivered!!!.
As discussed in the emails i have been sending you, if you google the reviews of the courier company you have used, they are very unreliable!!! It is not my fault that your company uses a bad courier that is ripping people off!!.
I order things online atleast 3 times a week and have never had something not show up or get lost.
I would like this sorted out asap, Either send a replacement with a different courier or refund my money!!
Once this is sorted out i will remove this review!!

Came as description and fit well. Also it easy to customize and didn’t nurn at high temperatures. Although i had to wait a bit longer. You can also request them to arrange shipping.

Depending on your delivery address and the on-stock quantity of the item at each warehouse, we will adjust the shipping unit accordingly. However, all our production processes and product quality are standardized across all manufacturers. Therefore, receiving the item from a specific warehouse may only result in slight differences in transit times between warehouses.

The sleepwear is amazing, but it arrived a couple of days late for our anniversary, a late gift. I believe a 4.5 start review is fair, but i can only select 4 stars.
Still, the comfort and style make up for it.

Keep waiting for my refund
After like 3 months I still keep waiting for my product they say already was delivered but I never get anything so they not offer a refund sender again all they say is contact the usps to me honestly this is scam so thinking twice before u buy something here because u going lose money and time. awnser to u replay u can keep the money I see is the way u do things so now I have to asking all the neighborhood call the city to see the security footage ridiculous 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 better keep the money scammers

If the tracking number indicates "Delivered" to your address, the package has been successfully delivered to you. Please check with your mailbox, your neighbors and your local Post office and give them your tracking number and they will be able to help locate your package. Many customers have received their item without any issue.
If possible, you can check the security camera footage to see if any thieves stole the package when it was delivered. Unfortunately, in a few rare instances, our packages have been stolen right in front of our customers' doorsteps upon delivery.
Got my order about a little over a…
Got my order about a little over a month after I ordered. I didn't get a approximate delivery or ship date. Nothing until I emailed and asked for one. After that I recieved a tracking code. Got my order. It's supposed to be a small. I haven't put it on yet but the top seems like it'll fit ok. The bottoms the crotch is like a foot long. Is it supposed to hang down or am I supposed to wear I up to my boobs?. Very unhappy with the bottoms anyway. Quality doesn't seem much better than shien or wish. Someone just put more stitches in and raised the price. I paid over $40 for something I could've got on wish for like $10. Kinda a joke imo. Wish I could attach a picture.

No refund no item. Buy at own risk
I had ordered a shirt that was not even close to what the picture of the product was on the website. When I asked for a refund, it was impossible to receive. Seller kept offering a partial refund after many emails. Ended up accepting a gift card to purchase another item on the site to avoid the constant hassle. The newest order I made never arrived. Again I am contacting seller for no delivery. It has been months. Every time I email, they reply with an excuse without any further consideration or email updates. This company does not care about customer service and basically will rip you off. Don't even think about receiving a refund if your purchase does not work out for you. I would rate a zero if a could.

Never recieved the item. No help from Customer Service
Item was sent to the wrong address, it was an empty lot. The item was smarked as return to sender. I contacted the customer support and was told it would be shipped back to the correct address once they received it again. It's been 3 months since and no re delivery. They essentially stole $40. Purchase at your own risk.
