Seemed to be very efficient at the start and I thought OK great a small business that's fairly local can get on the job while I am away and my husband is at home working but for me, it was not the colour or finish I wanted. I wanted clear matt as the original smoky colour would take too long and my partner wanted quick one day job so fine lets go for clear matt and have the natural oak colour come through. What do I get? Semi matt (there's a sheen) and the oak flooring a strong yellow tint so they don't even match the open plan kitchen flooring lol - My brand new flooring looks like 30+years used floorboards - used & abused plus the brand new installed and painted skirting boards marked with whatever they used and have to be all redone in the living room - waste of money and no resolution's from the company except pay more money to them and just a couple of defensive emails back - dont bother with these ppl
