Wood2U Ltd Avis

Great price for Showerwall panels but customers communication needs to improve. Placed order in Aug for Oct delivery. The week before, having heard zilch, I called to be told everything is fine. The day before delivery, again no updates. I called to be told the order is with Showerwall and they control the delivery not us. My contract is with Wood2u NOT Showerwall I thought but hey ho. I asked who I could contact for updates to be told they would send them a prompt.
Delivery day absolute silence with no contact. I again contacted Wood2u and this time got a really helpful lady. Stay on the phone whilst I check. Right delivery is unfortunately now tomorrow and the courier will contact you shortly. From there on the delivery company were ace, gave me updates and delivered as promised. I can't help feeling Wood2u should have been more proactive in this process and provide customer updates NO matter who is actually fulfilling the order

Spoke to multiple people across multiple visits, all friendly, supportive snd knowledgable. They were happy to give advice and untouchable on price. Would definitely recommend

This is now the fourth time I've used Wood2U and somehow the service keeps getting better.

What sets them apart is the combination of knowledge, customer service and a genuinely easy ordering process. Whenever I've had a question, I've simply picked up the phone, received an immediate and knowledgeable answer, and then been guided through the website if needed. No sales pressure, no confusion, just straightforward advice from people who clearly know their products.

The website is excellent, ordering is simple, order confirmations arrive immediately, and delivery dates are confirmed very quickly. Communication is outstanding, with regular updates from order placement right through to delivery.

Stock availability is also impressive. They seem to have almost everything you could possibly need, and on the rare occasion they don't, they're happy to point you in the direction of a suitable alternative rather than simply trying to sell you something else.

I'm currently in the middle of another home project and once again the experience has been faultless.

A company that's easy to deal with, keeps its promises and genuinely cares about customer service. Highly recommended.

The communication regarding delivery was great

Great price delivered when promised

Great price, had stock and easy to deal with

Couldn’t fault the service from ordering to delivery was flawless

We bought 40 packs and looks absolutely stunning, even our fitter commented how good quality they were

Plenty of choice with great advice
Delivered

Itinitially the right pattern but wrong thickness of laminate was sent but this is an easy mistake to make as they share the same product code. Rebecca was very helpful and got the correct laminate sent and the wrong laminate collected very quickly.

We ordered and paid by bacs streight away, there was no conformation of payment or email to state when the goods would arrive, we phone up and several attempts later to get through, the company confirmed delivery over the phone. The product is good, the price is cheap, the delivery was on the day we wanted. All is well.

Amazing used twice over the last 7 years and amazing

Very good value and good quick delivery

I requested a laminate floor sample but it was never sent

Great price, free delivery in super quick time.

Incredible quality. Will be recommending to everybody.

What a great service, unfortunately my product was sent wrong to yourselves. But you waved a wand and I got my flooring the next day. Will be buying more flooring shortly...

Easy online service, delivery exactly on time, excellent price.

Perfect price and perfect match
