We used their panel covers to add accent to our acoustic wall panels. They look great and the company was easy to deal with! After the fact they honored a discount code I was unable to use during checkout. Mel in Customer Service was a great help!
This is an update of my previous review. I did receive a pleasant surprise in that the company did finally send the 3 missing pieces. Even though I was expecting the worst outcome, Mel Cortezano in customer service continued communicating with me until we got the issue resolved. I believe it boiled down to a shipping error. If that had not happened, I would have given Woodarq a 5-star rating for this purchase. I really like the wood panels. Thanks, Mel.
Top tier customer service. They communicated with me every step of the way concerning my return request (item didn't fit my panel). Once they received their items back, my full payment was refunded right away! It's early in the new year, so I can honestly say this has been the best customer service experience I've had to date in 2026.

The wood panels are beautiful! We are using them for a 12’ extended headboard. We could not be happier with the quality and the results!
The customer service is great! I needed to make a change before my order was sent and their response was prompt and the change was made.
Woodarq was fantastic! Product is exactly what we wanted to create a focal point for our plant wall. Mel Cortezano was super helpful when we had to delay shipment delivery for a couple weeks. She stayed in touch after putting a hold on our delivery and the product arrived the day we got home...it was perfect!
I have not finished installation but the panels look like top quality. I recommend the dark oak color.
I ordered acoustic wood panels and was told that they would be delivered in 6 weeks. I scheduled the installation. I called and checked close to the delivery date and was told delivery had slipped 3 weeks. I rescheduled the installer and installed my tv delivery. I didn't get a tracking number after a couple of weeks so called again. I talked to someone there 3 times in one week and was promised a call back with an update. Nobody called. I sent an email and cc'd their parent company Ozarke and received an email that delivery had slipped another 4 weeks. So 3 months to deliver an order that was supposed to be delivered in 6 weeks. I cancelled the order and requested a refund for the $2K+ they charged my card. I'm hoping they process that and I won't have to dispute it with my credit card company.
