A most excellent product neck pillow feels comfortable on and I look forward to using it very soon

I haven't used it properly yet but tried on at home and felt comfortable,also delivery was quick and on time.

I have not used it on a flight yet but just sitting on it at home gives me great hope for my next long flight...14 hours! Using the QR code for instructions was very helpful it seems very easy to use. Shipping to a bit longer than expected but I wasn't in a hurry to receive it either.

Woodencrew proved to be an easy company to order from. The website was easy to use and the goods were shipped in a reasonable time. The products ordered were surprisingly good value and quality. My only other observation is that shipping from China is not quick, it took over two weeks for the goods to arrive. But overall, I'm happy with my experience

Pumping it up is quick and easy as I have arthritis in my hands and it wasn't difficult to use or pack up.

The bag has lots of room and many pockets for organization. Comfortable strap. Great for travel.

I used the seat cushion on a 6 hour flight and could tell a difference. I was not sore and did not have pant lines creasing into me. I could feel the air shifting with me. I would recommend this, but suggest you only use the pump to fine tune the firmness. Blow into the valves to inflate it.

We were very excited to receive the travel cushions but the shipping process took over 2 weeks before the product was close to being delivered. Just too slow.
