UPDATE: my order appeared on my doorstep literally hours after I had written the first review. My new travel pillow set was worth the wait. I love it. And Woodencrew did follow up with me but I missed seeing it. Thank you Woodencrew.
I placed an order August 22nd for the travel pillow set and I am still waiting for the delivery. My trip is next week. Efforts to reach their customer service team has been impossible. Is there a person at Woodencrew who could please help to receive my order? Thank you.

I've got a 13 hr flight coming up
I've got a 13 hr flight coming up and after researching I decided to purchase the travel pillow ultimate kit. It all arrived very promptly and well packed. I had a little test with the travel pillow, and it felt very comfortable. I'm not dreading the overnight flight anymore.

TRAVEL BAG - I love the travel bag I have bought…
I love the travel bag I have bought from Wooden Crew. It has all the detail I wanted in a travel bag ie RFID safety, hidden pockets, zippered pocket to enlarge the size of bag storage if required, theft-proof material, to name a few of the bag's features. Thank you also for the extra gifts that came with the bag, eg. the RFID passport wallet, & the phone lanyard. The delivery was fast. If you are looking for good efficient service and delivery, I would definitely recommend Wooden Crew.
