Great job. Wonderful experience.
David and Ramell arrived on the dot as planned. They talked through EVERYTHING with me and then they got to work. No messing about. This went so smoothly. We got to see the 5 choices of colors actually on our floor and chose the walnut. This looks just so beautiful and fresh. Thought this was going to be a 2day job.. But all done by 5pm and cleaned and all tidied up with clear after care instructions for keep oh my beautiful floor gleaming and long lasting. Violetta was also great in communications and just lovely to answer any questions prior to and during the day. Nothing was too much. Agreed a great very competative price.
They used proper industry products and didn't skimp on the products.

From the start this company has provided such a professional service. I sent them the photos of the issue with the flooring, they provided me with a detailed quote & they sent two lovely guys to my house who explained everything in detail about the service they were going to do, when it come to staining the floor I was very worried about a darker colour and they provided 5 different shades on the floor for me to pick from so I could see the difference in real life, they gave me advice on what colour I should go with as needed to match the repair. I went with there advice and the floor is absolutely beautiful, you can’t notice at all where the wood had come up and they restored it perfectly. They explained the after care and also sent me it with the invoice after.

I would recommend this company to anyone who has damaged flooring or just needs a re sand or re vamp !

I don't normally write reviews, but David and Ramil did such an outstanding job that I felt compelled to leave one. From the initial consultation through to the finished floor, they were professional, knowledgeable and clearly took pride in their work. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and treated my home with care and respect throughout. I had my original wooden floorboards sanded and stained in a dark walnut finish, and the result has completely transformed the room. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the attention to detail really shows. What impressed me most was that they didn't try to make the floor look unnaturally perfect. Instead, they restored the original boards while preserving the character that comes with an older home. The finish looks beautiful and has exceeded my expectations. We had terrible experiences with other local floor companies - one cancelled for no reason a week before they were due to come, another did a site visit then ghosted for weeks and never set a date. This company was completely the opposite and such a relief - we chatted with Violetta, we scheduled, David and Rammel came and were super polite and professional. They did a lovely job on a very old, very scratched pine floor. We're so glad to have finally found a good company and will definitely be having them back to do the rest of the house.

Compared to the builders, David and his team were honest, polite and thorough. David was very knowledgable. I had my floor sanded, varnished and polished. The whole process took 1 day. David was extremely quick. The flat was left spotless. Considering the quality of work and quick turnover, I would say Wooden Flooring Experts is really reasonably priced.

If I need to floor resanded again in the future. I will definitely go back to Wooden Flooring Experts.
