Website very easy to navigate, and a great selection of products. Prices are very competitive and product delivered quickly and on time. Very happy with the overall service and would highly recommend them 👌

One sample was very small so it was impossible to judge if we liked the flooring. Wish lengths were bigger even if had to pay £1-£5.

I really can’t recommend Wood Floor Stores enough. They were amazing from start to finish and the quality of our floors are just incredible! We had a tricky situation in that we had to take up tiles and an existing floor. The team were so helpful and the specialists they brought in to guide us and lay the floor were brilliant. The floor itself is absolutely beautiful and we can’t quite believe the difference it has made to our house! Really can’t recommend them enough, 5+++ stars.

Had a great experience with them. Apart from the fact they came in as the cheapest quote, the staff were so lovely to deal with. They were super helpful with every question I had (which was a lot). When I didn’t have enough packs to finish my floor, they were super accommodating and I was able to go pick up another pack from their warehouse the same day on a last minute notice.

Everyone I spoke to over the phone and in person was fantastic, super polite and I always felt like they were genuinely trying to help me. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely frustrating.

Because of a combination of being sold unsuitable flooring and repeated delivery issues, I ultimately lost a day and a half of my installer's time and now have to wait several more weeks before my flooring installation can be completed.

I was originally sold flooring that I later discovered was not suitable for part of my home. When I contacted Wood Floor Store the representative I spoke to told me that the product should not have been sold to me for my intended use and was very accommodating with arranging an exchange.

The problem was that I only discovered this issue when I met with my installer, despite having placed the order six months earlier. Had I been advised correctly at the time of purchase, I would have had plenty of time to order samples to choose an alternative product, and none of the subsequent issues would have been time-critical. Instead, I was forced to make an additional four-hour round trip to the showroom at short notice in order to select a replacement flooring in time for my installation, which didn’t end up happening in their promised time frame anyways. In addition to wasting a trip to Dublin, having to exchange part of my order also meant that my order had to be delivered in two parts.

Unfortunately, the delivery company Wood Floor Store contracts with was extremely difficult to deal with. For my first order, I was given a two-day delivery window of anytime 8am–6pm either day. The flooring then arrived a day earlier than expected when nobody was home to accept it. The following day, it was left outside my house without any phone call, notification, or signature.

When I placed the order for the replacement flooring, I was told in store that it would likely be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday but that it would definitely be Thursday latest as that was “their service guarantee”. I spoke to their logistics team on the Wednesday of that next week (as it hadn’t been delivered yet and I hadn’t had any updates) who confirmed it would be delivered Thursday.

On Thursday afternoon I had to ring back again to see if it was still being delivered, at which point I was told it was delayed to the following day (Friday). The delivery company themselves then got in touch with me to say it would be delivered between 6am and 9am Friday.

With no update at 9:20am Friday I rang the delivery company directly who informed me that I shouldn’t have been given a time as they “can’t make promises” and that it would likely be the afternoon before it could be delivered.

Throughout all of this, the Wood Floor Store staff remained pleasant, apologetic, and willing to follow up on my behalf. However, the communication and reliability of the delivery service were simply not good enough and I would not order from them again in the future.

Very easy to check the website and order a simples, very fast delivery also.

Product yet to be installed but price and quality acceptable. Samples dispatch service was good but two stars lost due to poor communication regarding collection availability of our order.

Highly recommend. Great customer service and advice. Shauna is very efficient and knowledgeable. She was extremely helpful when it came to choosing doors. Vern did a great job on the install and even made suggestions about door ledges to suit our needs.

Very happy with quality and price of laminate flooring.

Not so happy with the quote for installation and measurements.
Had to buy extra skirting and beading which wasn’t included with quote.
And not everything was included in the quote for installation which I didn’t realise and had to pay over extra to the fitters on the day of fitting.
