DO NOT BUY FROM HERE - DROPSHIPPING CHEAP CRAP FROM CHINA, OVERCHARGING AND REFUSING REFUNDS. I bought from this store as they advertise themselves as a small town store filled with curated items they have personally selected. Nothing could be further from the truth. This is just somebody reselling items from cheap Chinese retailers, sometimes shipping direct from these retailers to their consumers, and charging double if not more. They also refuse to provide refunds, which is against the law as an Australian business.

It is a consumer's right to be able to return goods for a full refund. Seller basically says she can't accept returns at all so I'm out of pocket. What a disgrace and I certainly should've read reviews on the company beforehand.

Total scam wish I’d read reviews prior to purchasing a privacy window film. Nothing like what was advertised and basically told the manufacturer wouldn’t accept a return.
Instead of it being a light filled room the privacy screen was more like a piece of thick opaque plastic. Whilst it arrived in a somewhat timely fashion and I did get a reply, the experience of shopping with them was totally unacceptable.
I never post reviews but hoping this stops some other poor fool from buying from this online store.

I purchased some wooden bird wall art and when they arrived they were poor quality with defects and were slightly damaged.
I reported this to the company asking to return them but did not even reply.
In summary: poor quality overpriced product and nonexistent customer service.

OMG! What an expensive SCAM! I wish I had seen these reviews first, bought $104.95 worth of crap that was shipped directly from AliExpress - IN THEIR PACKAGING! The cost IF I ordered directly with AliExpress would have been $27.55.
I have reported both Insta and I have lodged a complaint with ACCC and my BANK - but this is ridiculous and theft! So much for supporting local or small businesses! It's lazy people like this that ruin it for the genuine hardworking people, whose livelihood depends on their actual craft or quality sourcing.

How I wish I had read the reviews on this place before I ordered anything. STAY AWAY it’s not worth it!!!!

Has anyone ever bought something from this site and been ignored by the owner because she refuses to give you a refund or exchange? I ordered a dress, I kept pressing for the one with the black background, but I ended up with the white background. I emailed straight away. So said that there was nothing she could do as the order had gone through.
When I got the dress, it was Infact not a dress. It was buttoned through the bust area and that’s it. Plus it didn’t fit me right.
So once again I did the right thing and emailed her straight away. I was instantly refused a refund. It was against her policies.
You see, this woman is an Australian. It doesn’t matter what your policy is, if it is not in line with Fair Trading practices, you will be investigated.
So I have tried to email to resolve the issue and Karen must have me blocked.
Soooo just to let you know now lady. I have spoken to my bank. They have told me to definitely go to ACCC.
So I shall.
What you have done is burned a customer. The proof in excellent customer service is is when there is an issue with the product.
You, I am afraid have failed miserably.
Expect to here from those that make business like you adhere to the laws to protect consumers rights.

I ordered three items. The website alludes to overseas sellers but in reality it all comes from China. I received two of my three items. Quality was ok nothing great. I never received my third item. I contacted the website and eventually reveived a rambling reply from a woman saying that she had chocolate overload as it was Easter and that's why it took so long to reply. Honestly I didn't care. She never offered a solution. Still never received from items. Keep away from this company.

Stay away from this site. They buy their stock from Temu and other Chinese sites , wack on a huge mark up and even use other sites photos for their own social media and website. They are are rip off.

This is such a bad place to buy from, shipping was more than 4 weeks in different parcels, one item I still haven't received. Items are not as described and are bad quality. It seems to me that they are drop shipping from China. They refuse to allow me to send back items for a refund and have lied to PayPal about the missing item.
