Excellent customer service. Good telephone experience when I had questions before I ordered two 2400 x 600 white on white accoustic panels online. The order online was simple. Delivery arrived as promised and parcel force delivered it to my front door (2nd floor with no lift). The price was super competitive. They knew what their stock levels were. They were good quality panels. They advised us the best way to cut to size. My relatives were so impressed they are likely to place orders with them as well.

Excellent service and beautiful products

I ordered the lights for the pannelling and they came within two days ! I had an issue when opening them all and thought they didn’t work but that was just me not connecting them properly the customer service was amazing helped me straight away and the lights are absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!! Highly recommend this company! I was going to order Off b&q but saw the wood panel co are who ship them so I ordered with them directly and it was a lot cheaper! Great service and quality.

Perfect the item is fantastic and the correct colour

Fantastic product, quick delivery, easy to cut and install and a lovely finish. The only issue I had were a couple of the wooden slats had hair line cracks, I was able to cut the whole slat off. I have actually bought it again as my other half wants another feature wall.

Fantastic service and great product, I called them at 16:00 to order wood panels and they had it on the courier truck within 30 minutes. Product is fantastic too. I will definitely be using them again.

I originally ordered from Natrualwall but there delivery said 3 days but it was actually 10 so I had to cancel and re order with Wood Panel and glad I did.

Saved quite a bit of money by using this company rather than a much more expensive rival. Panel seems the exact same and arrived very promptly. Only reason I never gave it 5 stars is that on the panel received, the very last slat was fractionally lower than the rest and was noticeable.
