I got the aurora harness, which is beautiful, and the best quality harness I’ve ever had! And the biothane collars are wonderful quality and really great for my dog, who has recently decided that jumping into the waves at the beach is his new favourite pastime! The customer service is absolutely amazing too!

Won a collar in a giveaway - the prize was a mystery one so I had no idea what I was getting! What I received is incredible - a mint green collar with black contrast fastenings bespoke to fit Dylan who was between sizes. The customer service was excellent too. I would definitely recommend them

Received a bow tie for my dog as part of a prize, and the quality, style and appearance is amazing. More than I could have imagined as this was a prize, definitely put Woof and Snout on my list of small businesses to support.

After I had completed my purchase they noticed I was buying for a Border Collie. They suggested I increase the width of the collar as this would look better on my puppy. They amended my order and I received a beautifully hand made custom collar two days later, which I could not be happier with.

I recently picked up a custom 2 colour collar and the collar in style “Winnie” - i am obsessed. It is perfect for spring and summer and I just love the fact it can be wiped clean! Would highly recommend to anybody as the craftsmanship is beyond excellent.

Cannot recommend this small buisness enough. They helped us from start to finish. As first time dachshund owners, we felt pretty clueless. Woof and Snout helped us with sizing collars, snoods and even mayching colours for us. Nothing was too much trouble. It isn't the first time we have bought from this buisness and certainly won't be the last!

Woof & Snout have been absolutely brilliant; from dispatch times, to replying to my messages and also the actual product, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
I initially purchased one of their Aurora snoods which came super fast, I'm sure it was the next day, but I ordered the wrong size. Absolutely gutted as it was gorgeous, the design, the quality of the velvet and polar fleece, stunning. I messaged Woof & Snout on Instagram and they were so lovely and offered to exchange it for a much larger size. I was over the moon.
As soon as they'd received my return back I was refunded in full which allowed me to then purchase the larger size which then came the next day.
So thrilled with my experience from this lovely business. Definitely will be purchasing more from Woof & Snout in the future, lovely people, products and business.
