Hele fijne site en positief verrast over de hoeveelheid informatie. Werkt overzichtelijk en je krijgt net dat beetje meer inzicht in de wijk waar je interesse in hebt. Ook voor biedingen werkt het goed, zo weet je bijvoorbeeld ook waar je aan toe bent als je wilt gaan bieden.

Informatie klopt voor geen meter.
Reactie hierop slaat ook nergens op. Is gewoon AI troep zonder verificatie. Kernwaarden zoals WOZ, perceeloppervlakte en andere dingen kloppen gewoon niet.
Trap er niet in.

Bedankt voor je reactie en de aanvulling. We betreuren het enorm dat je ervaring zo negatief is, maar we lichten graag toe hoe ons platform werkt, omdat transparantie voor ons essentieel is.
Voor de duidelijkheid: ons platform bouwt in de basis op erkende, officiële databronnen. Kerngegevens zoals de WOZ-waarde, het perceeloppervlakte en de woonoppervlakte halen wij 1-op-1 op uit overheidsregistraties (zoals het Kadaster en de Landelijke Voorziening WOZ). AI speelt hierin geen rol bij het verzinnen van cijfers; deze harde data nemen wij rechtstreeks over.
Wel zijn wij afhankelijk van wat er officieel geregistreerd staat. Als een eigenaar recent heeft uitgebouwd of als een kadastrale wijziging nog niet verwerkt is door de gemeente of het Kadaster, kan de werkelijke situatie afwijken van de registratie. Mocht de officiële registratie bij het Kadaster zelf niet juist zijn, dan kan daar uiteraard een correctieverzoek worden ingediend bij het Kadaster of de betreffende gemeente.
Zie je bij een specifiek adres een afwijking ten opzichte van de kadastrale bronnen? Laat het ons dan gerust weten via support@woonprijs.nl, dan kijken we direct met je mee waar het verschil vandaan komt.
Ik had eerst wat twijfels of de informatie op Woonprijs betrouwbaar zou zijn, maar ik ben echt positief verrast. Alles werkt snel en overzichtelijk. Heel handig en zeker aan te raden!
