I have contacted customer services for…

I have contacted customer services for a log-in, 4 times now. Still no login to track my driving. They keep promising new link to be sent within 48 hours yet never received one in the first place.

Insurance

After being a new driver, the price was the cheapest I could find. A year on, I have been driving safely with no claims, and they have reduced the annual price by such a reasonable, price - which i'm so happy and thankful for.

I took out a policy in August, the company responsible (hyde park corner) for fitting the woop buddy cancelled twice and never rebooked my appointment. I have emailed the woop customer service email twice and have not had a reply.

Don’t trust this company!!

I had a policy with this company and I bought a new car, to swap my policy to my new car they made me pay £350 which I paid £200 of that and got told £150 would be added to my monthly installments until my policy ended. However I received an email saying that o had borrowed money from them which there is no signed documents of this and my last 2 months of my policy I’m having to pay more or less double of what I usually pay. All because of their error by not adding the £150 to my monthly installments. Also they have charged me an interest rate of 13.5%. I asked to speak to the complaints team and they put the phone down on me!!!! I will NOT be renewing my policy with these. DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY

This company has the worst customer…they're behaviour

This company has the worst customer service I've ever encountered,they cancelled my policy after I had given the information they asked within the time frame required. Then charged me £55 and left me uninsured leaving me in a position where future insurance will cost me more, I now have a black mark against my name. I've never made a claim in 36 years of driving neither have been refused or had a policy cancelled, I'm disgusted by this company's handling of a small issue and disgusted by they're behaviour.
