Have been using thier superfood 65 for nearly 5 years now ... The dog really loves the food and I believe his coat is better since we started the food. High protein content !
Have had to contact them a couple of times when I need the order immediately and they made the effort to ship same day.

Our first dog has been eating this food for the last 5 years and our puppy since she came to live with us 18 months ago. They have both thrived, are fit, healthy and energetic and hard working. People often comment on how fit they look and how shiny their coats are - not just down to the food but it certainly helos

I have been using this dog food since around 2019/2020 and my dogs have always done well on it, customer service was fine and it arrived on time.
Recently they have been having a lot of issues it seems with what they say are external companies they work with, which I know isn't completely their fault but the way they handle it isn't ideal either.
I never really rated their customer service as I didn't really need to contact them for any reason but with orders not arriving and items missing on my recent orders, it meant having to speak to them.
I've been offered a small discount on my next order when my dog food didn't arrive for the second time, but I had to call them back when I had done my order to get this and everyone I spoke to said they weren't aware of it.
I have been sent out an order with some of it missing, so when calling I was just told it was out of stock so, it is what it is and I would be refunded for it, OK no apology and you didn't think to tell me this?
I have also had a lengthy rambling voicemail off them telling me my order was going to be late due to supply issues (again?!) even though I hadn't ordered anything from them.
I will still be using the food so long as it remains as it has for the last 5 years, but if these supply issues or whatever problem it is they are having continue and their customer service doesn't improve it is going to make it difficult to keep ordering from them.

Products good BUT customer service and delivery promises pathetic. Had to phone and email several times to get my order sent (3 days late), despite promises that it had been dispatched, the date of the packing slip proved it was sent late.
Since the above review I have now had things explained and delay was down to a third party and not directly the fault of Working Dog Food Co.

Have always highly rated this food and recommended it at every opportunity. But unfortunately recently I think the quality has gone down. And I’m thinking it’s the same mass produced food with own labels as so many you can find online now. My dogs have gone from looking amazing to a bit skinny and me having to feed way more lately,
They have have had much looser poos and the smells they produce smell like one had an accident! When I started with this food several years ago their poos were firm and there was no smell from them. It suited every dog perfectly. Even my dog with Alopecia. Who was the main reason for going grain free.

Always excellent products and Customer Service to match - Always excellent products our labrador loves, especially the all natural treats (as she has some food allergies it took some searching to find something suitable thats she adores, but would wholeheartedly recommend their products, she gets so excited when the order arrives I worry about tail strain). I recently had my first mix up with orders (due to stocking issue). A true measure of a company is how they react when things go wrong - but their customer service is exemplary - they immediately apologised (and this was over busy christmas run up) and resolved the issue very quickly. Would recommend this company 100%

Our now 5 month old french bulldog puppy is thriving on this food. His weight gain and growth is phenomenal. Best of all he loves it and never leaves a scrap. Quality seems to be extremely high . If you buy the 15 kg bags it works out cheaper than inferior dog foods sold in shops and is delivered free to you door In 2 days. Very highly recommended.

I ordered the grain free working dog food yesterday dinner time and I have just received my order now fantastic service and a great food

I started using Working Dog Food Company about six months ago for my nine year old GSD who suffers from allergies. The Grain Free Salmon With Trout, Sweet Potato & Asparagus has been a huge success, her stomach problems have settled and she is a lot less itchy. The service has been great and I'm happy with the price too.

Our dogs inhale this stuff to the point a slow feeding bowl was needed for the cocker spaniel who was almost choking because he loves it so much. Although we have to pay £6.99 to get it delivered to Inverness area it still works out cheaper than the similar 12kg dog food which is not for working dogs which is available in our local pet shop. Delivery is reasonable quick even during lockdown and the company offer a variety of options for bulk buying which works out cheaper. I will continue to use this company.

I have dogs of different ages and breeds . I have never inbthe past been able to feed them all the same food.
Now I can with your excellent Turkey ,potato cand cranberry.
Best of all there is no left overs as withbother foods I have used in the past They all love it

We have an ex guide dog 🦮 who has to have a grain free diet . He loves 💘 this food especially the salmon ,trout one it meets all his dietary needs. Will definitely recommend this product.

Excellent service and my pooch loves this food, has really helped with his sensitive tummy. He can't wait to dive into his food and even stands by it while i put it in his dish. Would highly recommend this product

Excellent grain free dog food, brilliant customer service and more importantly they are a small welsh company providing excellent service, and excellent value for money. My two greyhounds love their grain free dry food, and they thrive on it.

So far everything is going to plan. Even my fussiest dogs are tucking into this food. I order online which is simple and easy. Then DPD deliver the bags to my door. Excellent service, reasonable pricing, good fresh meat content along with herbs and bulking material which has benefits. Dogs are happy and healthy. Keep up the good work everyone!

the company have a wide selection of foods their service is second to none they apologise for taking up to 5 days during this difficult time. the dogs -we have 2 labradors are thriving onthe food.

After 3 years of trying to get a good dog food that has been very trying at times my poor little girl has suffered the runs and soft poo on all other food that I have tried. Working dog food grain free is great and well worth the price. No issues since. I have recommended this to others.
