Barney T was very helpful and knowledgeable and really tried to get my query resolved. Unfortunately as it is bank holiday weekend (and I called late), some people had left and he wasn't able to resolve it today. He did say that he would get it sorted for me on Tuesday when his colleague retruns and I have no doubt that he will be true to his word
