D & D are the two best Service reps!

Diane is always great, easy to talk to, and helps with any issues that arise. Perfect customer service every time.

I also want to say what an amazing job Diego, my customer service rep, does. I email him with an issue or question and he replies instantly, if it's not exactly what I am looking for he makes sure to work with me to get the help I need.

I cannot say enough good things about these two. D&D are a prime example of what a good customer service and sales rep should be like.

Noel is the best!

Noel has been amazing answering all my questions. I send him so many emblems to translate for me and he always gets back in a timely manner. I only use Penn if it’s a very niche emblem and I feel too bad sending it to Noel to translate lol. Only advise is I wish they had all my blank emblems already created, but bedsides that 11/10!

Fabiola Gutierrez is the best representation this company has. She is amazing with communication and getting everything I needed done. If it wasn’t for Fabiola Gutierrez I would’ve gone to another company. I thank her so much for her work and patience. She deserves a lot more from this company.
