I ordered a top of the range rowing…
I ordered a top of the range rowing machine, and it arrived not working. I purchased over one month ago, and it arrived with a USA power adaptor not suitable for use in Australia. Then I discovered the console was not working. I still have not received these two parts. Very disappointing.

Really bad experience with this…
Really bad experience with this organisation, and the follow up customer service left a lot to be desired! Complained about the pricing and poor customer service and was told there was nothing they could do, so I took my business elsewhere!

Poor customer service
I ordered a couple of XL Ybells and the product itself has a 5 star rating, however 1 of the items arrived with damage. The reason I gave them this score is because they tried to make me pay the cost for replacing the item and their returns policy states that when an item arrives damage they are responsible for the cost associated to replace the piece.
