The colour of the clogs does not match ypur display online.
I wanted dark blue clogs but what I received is black. The size is too small for my feet.

Hmm, this is very strange! This clog does not come in Black! The photos are provided by the manufacturer so apologies if they are not a good representation. We will get these updated.

Beware about buying from this company
Beware about buying from this company! I ordered and was charged for Sanita clogs and received the wrong item - I ordered black and received blue/gray clogs instead. I sent multiple photos showing the issue but World of Clogs refused to take responsibility for their error. Their customer service department was completely unhelpful.

As explained by email and as per the leaflet accompanying the clogs, you have ordered a natural full grain leather that has been dyed by natural methods. Unlike plastic-coated finishes, the resulting colour varies. You will not get a true black, although you can apply dyes and polishes of your own choosing.
We are happy to accept the item back for a refund, as we have already explained.
A plastic product would probably be more to your taste.
