Quick and lovely people.
As a caveat, I am connected to the people who own the business.
Fantastic service, was alerted to a delay (although it was a next day delay when delivery states 2-4 days or something like that so not a big issue!).
The litter arrived in good condition and quickly, no delivery fee for the order as it was over £30... can't argue.

Excellent service (but don't use plastic tape!)
Excellent service, just let down by amount of plastic tape used in package... Come on, guys, many of your competitors are using non-plastic tape

We want to be as environmentally friendly as possible and you're absolutely right, our use of plastic tape is holding us back.
We have experimented with paper tape in the past, but found it did not provide the cohesion required, particularly for our ~30kg parcels. In order to continue offering a high-quality service where boxes weren't being delivered partially open or with missing contents, we opted to stick with plastic tape for the foreseeable future.
That being said, I assure you, we will revisit our experiments with paper and other environmentally friendly tapes and we will ensure only to use a necessary amount of plastic tape until a more permanent solution can be found.

Amazing service! Really friendly, would highly recommend and will buy again.
Ordered on the Friday before the bank holiday, arrived on the Saturday. I had ordered frozen dog food and it arrived well packed still all frozen, in a freezer box.
Excellent service well done.
