I have never bought an expensive time piece any other way than in person. So when I came upon this website, and their assurances that no charge goes through to the credit card until they find the item and guarantee it’s delivery, I was very pleased. When I then proceeded with my purchase And received delivery of my watch in one day, in perfect and new condition, I was convinced. Great website great concierge service. I’ll be back.

I needed to purchase a handbag for my wife for her birthday. Not only did you have the bag that no one else had but you arranged for hand delivery at the hotel where her surprise party was held.
It arrived in perfect condition and was just what I expected.
The customer service was excellent and the price was reasonable.

OK. I am basically a "Brick & Mortar" type shopper who likes to look, touch, try on and get the physical experience of buying a big ticket timepiece. My first time on World's Best for a ladies rolex oyster datejust. Unfortunately we lost this watch from a home invasion and after all said and done with insurance I wound up losing a few bucks.
Anyway my question on this site is simple;
Everyone rates and talks about how the customer service is great and how they kiss and wipe you derrier, etc. But only 1 or 2 reviews actually mention that they had the authenticity actually checked and verified by an authorized "LEGIT" Jeweler /watch dealer. I'm not too far from Rolex itself in NYC and plan on bringing the whole pretty package, paperwork, ID card and the likes for full verification. The origin of my watch states its from BUSAN KOREA(North or South?) purchased by a
"Buck Harris".
You tell me, from the land of the greatest counterfeiters, or is it really "real".
Enough with the patronizing of the concierge, if they sneak in just 1 phoney "counterfeit" amongst all their sales every now and then, then we have a serious problem.
BTW of the 4 emails I received from Robert, not 1 mentions an Order number.

I have recently ordered a Rolex watch from World’s Best and have ordered an Hermes Birkin couple months back and they never fail to amaze me how fast, reliable their service and products. I owned couple of Rolex watches already and I bought all of them previously directly from a Rolex Boutique so I know already how real Rolex looks like. I also owned couple leather products from Hermes store and I know that the Hermes Birkin purse I have received from World’s Best are real. I have always been afraid to order on line on very expensive products but to save couple thousands...I had taken the chance.
Robert have helped me with the order process and he was very patient answering all my questions and he never fail to update me with the status of all my orders. I would highly recommend this company. Very trust worthy!

At the beginning I was a little scared of buying a watch online , but then i started talking to Robert and I asked him all the questions referring the company and how it worked.
Then I decided to trust Robert and I transferred the money to the Worlds best Account. Immediately after they got it the transfer they sent me an email to confirm and the whole process went smooth.
They even sent my watch to a Fedex location office because I am not from USA and I was visiting that weekend So I could go and pick it up.
