I purchased the Ultrasonic pest repeller and wish I had done more research according to FTC:
"No, ultrasonic pest repellers are not effective and do not work as advertised, according to numerous independent studies and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)." I'm waiting for a response from the company to process a refund.

Unfortunately I have had no response from WORLD TECH OUTLET after sending several email requests for a return. I have not opened the product as it is no longer need. I am NOT recommending ANYONE purchase from this company. It is unreliable in its customer service and they DO NOT RESPOND to emails. Beware of this business.
It’s a scam
They do not give any refunds at all but waste your time with many emails requesting reasons and anything else they can do not to refund. Don’t even bother calling they have an endless recording and never call you back. I think the products are crap and made in china. Go elsewhere pls!
I bought 2 solar squirrel and small animal repellents.
I followed the instrucions and after 60 hours of use I had 2 squirrels and then a turkey on my deck. They continue to run around right in front of the unit. i think it is just a flashing light and there is no ultrasonic sound being emiited from the unit. I am very dissatisfied with this company and have emailed them with my complaints. No repsonse so far.
Just a note to follow up. They did refund my entire purchase and apologized. But the units are worthless.
I purchased a 2 pak of solar powered lights that said would work on woodpeckers and skunks and racoons also purchased one that listed skunks. we still get critters roaming in front of our house every night
Barbara was amazing. She responded really quickly and advised me exactly what to do without any issues. She was also extremely personable, respectful, and professional. These days…. That means everything. I personally don’t want to buy from anywhere else lol
The Ultrasound Solar Woodpecker Repeller is phenomenal. We have had a woodpecker around our house for years. It reached a point where we had to fill in holes to renew home insurance. We bought 2 of these and have not seen or heard from them since. It does not bother the other backyard birds which my wife loves to put out bird feeders for all over the backyard.
I bought a coat from worldtech out let. don't fit. have 30 days to send back! wrong. will not send address to send it back. They don't have the size i need. still will not give my money back
