This company took €3,900 from me to process permits for my clients and promised delivery in 4 weeks. They failed to deliver, caused serious financial and reputational damage to my firm, and only refunded €1,000 after I went public—while continuing to delay and fail to provide required legal documents. A year later they claimed the permits were ready, after I had already refunded my clients myself.
Before signing anything, carefully read Clauses 2.1–2.7. They basically mean if they delay for years, you can’t cancel without losing your money. Also note: getting a permit does NOT guarantee a visa, yet they may say their job is done.

My reliance on those commitments was grounded in the prior business relationship I had with him while he was at Live & Study Europe, before he joined your company.
It is also highly questionable that a company claiming to have operated for years before his involvement now presents him as a founder. That contradiction raises serious concerns about the credibility and authenticity of your representations.

As was clearly explained to you before any agreement was signed, and as is explicitly stated in the contract, no private company has influence over the timing of work permit decisions. Processing timelines are solely determined by the relevant government immigration authorities. The 4-week estimate referenced is a general guideline based on typical processing periods — not a guarantee, which was communicated both verbally and in writing. Any claim suggesting otherwise is either a misunderstanding or a misrepresentation of what was agreed.
Refund claim
The €1,000 you reference was not a refund of service fees. This amount was paid strictly to cover expenses you personally claimed, including costs you stated were incurred in relation to police and third-party procedures. Presenting this as a "partial refund" is factually incorrect and gives readers a misleading impression of what occurred.
Document withholding allegations
At no time did we refuse to provide legally required documents. All documentation was issued in accordance with the contractual scope and applicable law. It is important to clarify: a work permit, once issued, does not automatically guarantee a visa. This distinction is clearly stated both verbally during consultations and in our written agreements. The fact that permits were ultimately issued demonstrates that the service was delivered as agreed.
