Wow Sleep Avis

Mattress quality issue. Mattress developed a hump a year and a half later in the top layer. Requested help. Email response "Our mattresses are sold with a 12-month warranty and unfortunately your mattress has exceeded this time frame.

I will still pass this through to our QC team and respond accordingly. Please allow a little time as I am away the office next week."

Didn't get back to me. Lesson learnt, stick to the main stream big boys. Otherwise is comfortable enough.

Excellent customer service. Communicated with Hayley and Rachel. Both were extremely friendly, professional and helpful. Mattress was delivered promptly and is of great quality. Thank you!

Beautiful bed, the waiting time was just a bit long, very comfortable.

I shopped around before choosing to purchase from wow sleep. Their ottoman is a great price for a high quality product and they had a large selection of colours to choose from I also liked that they were the manufacturer so the bed was coming direct from them. All staff in the shop at Brighouse and that I dealt with on the phone were professional and helpful. Unfortunately when my bed arrived I wasn’t happy with the finish inside however they were extremely helpful and professional in getting this sorted for me. I am very happy with the bed and would not hesitate to recommend wow sleep to anyone

Slight hiccup with delivery date. Other than that brilliant from point of sale to building bed up on delivery. Can’t fault the bed excellent workmanship and extremely comfortable.

First class service from this company, I went into the showroom to place my order , needed it asap and guess what they did t have my choice of mattress in stock but they had me one made for that very same day and it was on my bed by 7 pm that very same day... amazing service and a very comfortable mattress
Would highly recommend

The staff in the showroom was very helpful, Great Service, delivery & Installation was excellent.

Excellent service, Mark and the team couldn't do enough for us. The bed is fabulous too!

Fantastic, friendly, personal service from start to finish. The showroom is stunning with a wide range of products. Delivery was arranged to suit us and the delivery men were polite, helpful and went the extra mile. I can not recommend Wow Sleep enough! Amazing

Good Customer service. Thank you kindly

Received excellent, friendly advice on choosing the right mattress. Our order was dealt with efficiently and delivery was on time. Perfect

Helpful friendly service in the shop & delivery & installation was very professional.

I was given exceptional service from Darren at WOW SLEEP. We had a peculiar set of circumstances for which Darren's help and understanding was just brilliant (too involved to explain here). I have recommended a couple of friends since and they have also had great, professional, non-pushy, service. Top company and Top Man (Darren)

Bought mattresses for home and my parents. Everyone happy with perfect product at great value.
Delivery drivers also very respectful.

Old mattresses also disposed of without quibble.

Very worthy of 5 star rating.

If you need a good nights sleep, these are the chaps to trust.

Top class products purchased from Wow Sleep at the Brighouse store,an excellent overall customer service both in store & over the telephone. Would definitely recommend.

It is the best bed I have ever purchased. The salesman was very thorough and new what he was on about. The delivery service was superb. 5 star for wow sleep.

We are totally so please with the bed tell everybody about wow sleep, great bed great service thank you Mark for all your help

We bought the Prince 1000 pocket and memory super king along with an ottoman base and headboard (from the hotel range) end of October 2018. It was definitely one of the most comfortable we tried and turns out it’s definitely the most comfortable bed we’ve ever owned.

Never slept so well or woke so refreshed.

The sales staff and delivery/installation staff were all very helpful (v tight squeeze to get bed upstairs!) and informative without putting any pressure on us to buy (unlike some of the local and national high street suppliers we looked at.

Wow encouraged us to visit and try as many times as we felt we needed to compare to other brands and also encouraged us to make sure we were completely happy with our decision before we bought. Very glad we chose them.

We will definitely buy another bed from WoW and would definitely recommend them to our friends.
