Please read this all the way through if wow Vegas sends you a settlement agreement through doc sign do not get excited and think they’re fixing to keep their word and let you back into your account or any of that cause as soon as you sign it, they will ghost you again. I have been dealing with this for over a year. I had $1200 worth of redemptions and then one day I was locked out of my account. I have an email where they told me I had been hacked and they were working on it. They responded to me for probably the first couple months and then nothing but the AI, which is worthless every once in a while when I leave a review, they will respond and say they’re looking into it, which is a lie. They’ve asked me for extra information on my reviews like phone number and email said they were gonna reach out multiple times in the last couple months all a lie so do not sign a Docusign agreement until they hold up their end of the barking they will lie to you. You will get your heads up. Nothing they have did the same thing to my wife. He’s been locked out of her account for like four or five months, and it doesn’t matter I used to spend thousands of dollars a month on this game loved this casino app how I have to play games like Modo and crown coins but at least they have Care teams that are people and not ai my best guess on what happened is they getting more pay me my redemption don’t know why I have cashed out $4000 on a one dollar bet before so just beware they will lie to you and keep ur money and to save face they will come on here and say they’re looking into it. They’ve did it to me like 20 times all lies
