The engineer worked swiftly and carefully to replace a radiator for us, caring about the end result and protecting carpets and hallways on the way to the work area. All the while being personable too.

WPJ carried out my boiler installation and servicing. I really like WPJ because I have a trust of the engineers. I have always found them to be honest and direct and courteous. Honesty and trust are the most important thing for me. Also, WPJ is very affordable, and they do not charge lots of extras. If there is a more affordable option, they will tell me. Very much recommended.

WPJ serviced and fixed my boiler. Excellent friendly booking service. James ,the engineer, was thoughtful, efficient and a pleasure to connect with. He found the source of the problem easily and am so happy to have a warm house again.

WPJ Heating undertook their annual service. All booked effortlessly. The engineer turned up at the agreed time and undertook a comprehensive service which included improving the pressure in the system. He also checked each radiator. We found a small leak under the boiler the next day and he returned that day to rectify the problem. All working well. Very pleased, as always, with WPJ heating and have recommend them to others.

Kevin and Oliver were professional, clear in explaining what they were doing, and worked carefully throughout. The TRV and lockshield replacement was completed properly despite some practical constraints, and the quality of the work was high. I’ve used WPJ for a number of years now and have found them reliable and professional.
