These people suck and don’t pay

My husband is the one that put the wraps on and then took them off. You guys take way too long to pay your vendors. And the last one that he took off, you didn’t pay. You suck.

We strive for clear communication and timely compensation for our vendors. Our records show that all invoices were paid on time as per the signed Installer agreement terms.

I love the company Wrapify it is legit…

I love the company Wrapify it is legit I did a campaign for a beer company and got paid the only thing I don’t like is they only pay for a certain amount of mileage per day I don’t agree with that because I drive way more than the capped mileage and so at that point I’m advertising for free, also the app was glitchy so sometimes my miles weren’t calculated correctly but I did like the events because you got paid even more and got to drive around with other cars that are advertising the same thing so it felt cool to be part of a somewhat exclusive community

The app doesn't work 95% of the time

The app doesn't work 95% of the time. It doesn't log in my miles and everytime I uploaded a picture for weekly pop up, it won't uploaded. I didn't get paid all the miles I drove. It was very frustrating and all the team members always sa the same thing. Although they're friendly.

3 campaigns completed

I've completed 3 campaigns so far in the past 2 years. I wish there were more avail but not Wrapify's fault. It's easy and fun and I explore new areas sometimes I wouldn't otherwise drive around. It would be nice to see itemized paycheck or have something that shows what time of day is paying the most and what rate to ensure we are making the appropriate amount rather than just trusting the system which sometimes has issues with tracking. Wrapify has been great to follow up on miles if there's an issue. Reps are always fast to respond for any questions I have. I highly recommend this company over others.

Needs an app update

The app needs to go through another update for better tracking qualities because sometimes it's not tracking even when I'm in the zones. I've done 4 campaigns so far and enjoy it other than the tracking issue. The last campaign I was requested for, I got stuck on the wait list (currently on a waitlist again) and ended up having to contact two months later because they never took me off waitlist so I wasn't being approved for other active campaigns. I hope it's not about to happen again...

GPS is terrible

The gps constantly did not track location correctly and had to keep requesting for an adjustment. Ended up spending half my time tracking my own miles until it became too much of a hassle and I decided to just stop tracking and ultimately lose money from it. I wouldn’t use Wrapify again. Look for another company that has better tracking of the Milage.

I didn’t get paid

I did 3 swarms and didn’t get paid…I was told by Wrapify that my case was being escalated and that they would get back yo me, but as of today, I have not gotten paid! I sent pictures of my car and others during the swarm as they requested and they have not paid me yet

I've been enjoying using Wrapify for…

I've been enjoying using Wrapify for some extra income on the side, which aligns perfectly with what I love doing – driving! However, I encountered an issue during a campaign I participated in back in November/December 2023. Unfortunately, one of the wrappers inadvertently caused damage to my SUV, leaving a noticeable piece of paint missing. Despite filing a claim promptly, I haven't received any updates or resolutions to my issue. It's been quite frustrating as I've reached out multiple times without any response. At this point, I'm considering covering the repair costs out of my own pocket as the damage is detracting from the appearance of my car. Besides this unfortunate incident, I must say Wrapify has been a great company to work with otherwise!

After carefully reviewing your claim and all associated documents, including the signed inspection forms, Carfax report, and pre-installation photographs, it's apparent that your vehicle had pre-existing paint issues noted prior to the wrap installation. These issues were acknowledged and signed off by you during the inspection process. Considering this, as outlined in the Driver Agreement, neither Wrapify nor the installer can be held responsible for any damage incurred during the vinyl removal.

Had plenty of issues with communication…

Had plenty of issues with communication with wrapify on fixing payment issues. I am still owed 150 dollars for a campaign that I have yet to receive. Very poor service.

Thanks for the feedback Caleb. Looked into your case - it looks like your final payment of $202.32 was held as you delayed wrap removal. Removals began 11/20 and due to a delay on your part - your removal wasn't resolved until 4/20. Your final payment is now in process with our Finance team.

Great communication but needs improvement

First time driver..Great communication with Wrapify, great driver support, super helpful and made some friends in the process. The place where I had the vehicle wrapped at was pretty good at what they did. The wrap provided wasn’t the best though.

As for criticism, the pay scale could use improvement. I used quite a bit of gas and put some extra wear and tear on my vehicle for an average of $200 a month extra. There were also issues with tracking mileage without a tracker present on the vehicle in addition to issues with the app/wrapify system erasing my profile from time to time (which cost tracking mileage). On top of this, the short notices given for SWARMS: I had very little time to plan for these and couldn’t make them all due to the short notice. Maybe one-two weeks in advance would be best.
