I bought my softener from Wrekin 7 years ago. I managed to mess up the settings on it while trying to set the clock.
I emailed their technical help to ask what my settings should be, got a quick response and now my softener is set up correctly.

They make the best gravity filters…
They make the best gravity filters which get rid of fluoride too. I've been using them for a few years now. I recently had a filter which was faulty as water was just flying through it, I called and they sent a replacement for the following day, no quibbles. Great company

I contacted WrekinWater for some advice on my Harveys Twin-Tec S3 which was running to drain permanently. Great troubleshooting advice from Paul which I carried out, and then ordered and fitted the part. Shuttle Valve Assembly for the H20, arrived well packaged, fitted quite easily, just needed a pozidrive and spanner. Good chance to clean out the unit of salt build up and sand in the bottom. Now working as good as before. Thanks

I bought two replacement filter candles…
I bought two replacement filter candles for my gravity filter. They seem to have gone up in price quite a bit since a year ago. They did arrive very quickly though.

Unfortunately, yes, our gravity filters did increase in price last year, This is because the cost of the filters, carriage to us, packaging and the carriage costs to our customers all increased significantly last year. Over the years, we have kept our prices the same, despite an increase in our costs every year, we always took the hit, however last year's increases we significantly more and forced us to increase our prices. We still believe compared to other like for like filters, we are still competitively priced and we only increase our prices when we upmost have to.
I hope I have answered your feedback with regards to the prices and I welcome any further questions or queries you may have.

This is a replacement filter, I have been using a wrekinwater filter for about 3/4 yrs and luv that the filters last a long time and tasting the difference in the water.

Fantastic customer support years after…
Fantastic customer support years after initial purchase. It’s very refreshing to find you are talking to an actual person and indeed who is very knowledgeable and willing to walk you through how you might find out what you’ve done wrong. By staying on the phone and talking me through possible causes I was able to identify that I had inadvertently open the bypass valve in my under sink plumbing. My water softness issue was instantly fixed. Brilliant. If only more companies gave this level of service.
