Honourable people
Latest update, the high postage cost for a small item was the result of a computer error at Wrekin Water. I was contacted today by one of the directors who apologised profusely for the computer error and compensated me by refunding the delivery cost. They didn't have to do this as I would have never known about the error but it just goes to show their are still honourable people out there!

Nice to deal with a helpful human being and not a website
I struggled with the website as I don't use cookies but soon was able to speak to a helpful sales person called Gemma and able to purchase what I wanted. Delivery was prompt.

Generally Positive
Positive: All parts I needed for my refurbishment of our Harvey Crown water softener are available from Wrekin Water and dispatch is very fast.
Neutral: Only Wrekin Water appear to be able to sell spares for my Harvey Crown and hence the prices are expensive (unable to compare with another supplier though).
Negative: Irrespective of what the part is the delivery cost is the same (£9.60 for my address in East Anglia). This is OK for the large replacement resin tanks but not OK for a tiny little injection assembly.
Adjust shipping costs to take account of the size and weight of the part please?

I received the stuff which suited the…
I received the stuff which suited the job of changing the resin on a Kinetico water softener.
Before them I bought on eBay and wasted
£100.
The stuff from this firm was packed in manageable bags and was very easy to use.
Very nice customer care, highly recommend and I will deal with them again

I contacted Wrekin with a problem about their product. They were very helpful and eventually I thought the problem was possibly not their responsibility. But they insisted on replacing the problem product despite my protestations, which they did immediately. I could not be more impressed.
