I've ordered from you a few times for wrist bands. This time I went with the lanyards. They look really nice, especially for the great price!

It was easy to put together my order on the website. Product was received in a timely manner. Very nice job. My 2nd order from you and did not disappoint.

The bracelets were easy to design, they came in a timely manner. And I was extremely pleased with the product. And I believe the price was very reasonable.

We were looking for a solution to keep our samples branded without using stickers. The keychain option seemed like a good fit and the Wristband Bros. allowed us to see a mock up of the end product before paying. To our surprise when they delivered they were sturdy, the image is imbedded in the silicone which we didn't expect and they keep our samples together and marketed with our name and contact info. Great product and service. The only thing I would change is allowing the customer to upload their logo and print out a digital proof to speed up the process of purchasing. :-)

I’ve ordered several times now and the experience was always great. Easy to design, order, quick delivery times and awesome product. Recently I ordered 500 wristbands with designs on the exterior and my branding on the interior. When my order came, nothing was printed on the interior. I reached out immediately and with 24 hours, my reprinted product was in process, and I got the replacement a day earlier than promised so I’d have them for my event. Excellent response to the issue (mistakes happen) and now I’m definitely a loyal customer! Highly recommend!!

They arrived and were as I had requested. The only negative was the yellow writing was not as bold so it does not show up as well. The yellow (on green) heart looks great but, the Texans Helping Texans does not show up very well.

I ordered 200 bracelets for my brothers memorial and the speaking is wrong I’m so upset I don’t know what to do u guys were timely and they are beautiful but I can’t use them im going to have to order them again

Honestly, 5 stars is not enough! I had an incredible experience with this company. We were needing custom wristbands for a memorial service for a friend who had passed very suddenly. I had less than 48 hours between "discovering" Wristband Bros and the service. I truly thought "there's no way this will be enough time" but I called just to see. The young man who helped me was incredibly kind, walked me through the process, picking out the color, font, etc. He assured me I would have the 100 wristbands in time for the service and GUESS WHAT! They actually arrived the very next day, a full 24 hours before the service. This sort of customer service is an absolute unicorn these days - I recommend this company 100%.

Simple, straightforward ordering and wonderful product.

I asked them to make memorial bands in memory of my late husband. I wanted the wrap around text and asked them to send me a proof prior to production. I went back and forth with them in virtual chats, which I didnt save as proof of my requests, to ensure they would wrap the text around the entire band and it would be centered. When I received the bands, my text did not wrap around the entire bracelet and a large gap was left. In my opinion, any graphi artist, novice or expert, would not have been pleased with the band I received. I can not recommend this company in good faith.

My experience was fantastic! Customer service had even given me a discount which was super helpful and appreciated. The bracelets look amazing and clearly are high quality. 10/10

The product is excellent. Once I designed the band online, I was able to request a proofing by the company and they were able to make slight adjustments for me. Love the whole experience. You won’t be disappointed.
