I completely understand your frustration, and I’m sorry that the shipping took longer than expected.
I just wanted to clarify that the order itself was not delayed by six days before being shipped. The order was placed at 11:27pm on Friday, and as this was outside our working hours, it was dispatched on the following Monday, which was our next working day.
Occasionally, there can also be a delay between an item being handed over to the postal service and the first scan appearing in the tracking system, which can make it look as though an order has taken longer to dispatch than it actually has.
We’re sorry that this took longer than you anticipated and hope it hasn’t caused too much inconvenience.

Ordered 3 straps for my Apple Watch. Very pleased with them. Finding the correctly sized strap could be clearer, but they ask you to list your model so they can check you have selected the correct size.
Delivery was prompt and pleased with the quality, and the 3 for the price of 2 deal.
