Massive fraud scam..Felix Prehn n GOAT ACADEMY...Stole everything I had on crypto copy trading scam. Never able to get profits..just want more n more money. Nefarious, narcissist, evil person. Stops at 0 to destroy you. He is not a banker,never was. Noone will be able to get a penny back,though he says refund available. Never happens. Lawyers said it's a far reaching, well prepared fraud scam. Lost 888,000,$...

The Swan Chinese Restaurant Epping

My wife & I attended this restaurant today, 23rd June 2022.
We ordered our food & after waiting a long time the main course came up, firstly my wife's then 8 minutes later mine, I called the waitress back & said that is Not what I ordered & asked her to take it away after telling what I had ordered from her for the second time, after about 3 minute's she came back & asked me what I wanted to order I once again told her what I wanted, she went away & asked the waiter to ask me what I wanted, I told him to ask the waitress as I had told her 3 times and so I waited for my meal to come up, after 15 minute's my wife had finished her meal & I asked her to ask the waitress where was my meal, the waitress said she thought that I didn't want anything to eat but if I wanted to re-order it would take about 20 minutes, at this I told her to stick it, then a friend of hers came up to my table and started to threaten me.
This so called restaurant is the Most Disgusting place I have ever been to, the food is only just edible and the way they treat there customers is Deplorable.
I would advise you NOT to eat at this establishment if you Don't want your evening ruined like ours was, and to put the cherry on the top, they tried to Over Charge me when I asked for the bill, needless to say I paid for what we had and No more.

Lenovo's Achilles heel is their tech support

March 21 2021 I needed a laptop.
My friend who really knows computers recommended Lenovo.
I order their 2 in one Laptop from Costco.
He helped to set it up.
Less than a week later I tried to input something but it was stuck and I couldn't do anything.
He brought over a keyboard and got it working.
It happened again and I discovered all I had to do was to shut it down and restart it.
Yesterday May 14 I needed a Tablet and found a Lenovo 7" and contacted Lenovo direct and discussed price etc.
During the conversation I tried to go on line and search for info.
Once again I had the same problem
I shut it down, restarted it and it worked.
I then called Costco Concierge and explained the problem.
He was surprised It was so new and that I had this problem.
He thought they made a good product.
It was still under warranty so he gave me a number to call tech support.
What a horrible experience.
It took me at least 15 minutes or more trying to explain the problem and I'm not 100% sure she really did.
Then over 1/2 hour to give her my name , email address, phone # whatever she needed.
She was impossible, I had to repeat every thing over and over.
Then having got nowhere I had to end the call.
I had my sons coming over for Friday night supper and I had to get a few things and start cooking.
When it got to 5.00pm I told her I had to go and she could call me first thing in the morning.
Lenovo may make a good or even a great product but if this an example of their tech support there is no way I would consider buying anything from them again.
As for the laptop, I'm sorry I bought a Lenovo
And as for the Tablet, Forget Lenovo
My last thought:
I'm sure that they will say they are sorry for my problem and that they are always trying to improve.
Platitudes, but no actual help.

It's been a long time since my last update.
I still wanted a Tablet and was hoping they would come back with a reason to buy one.
I have come to the conclusion that they declined to reply on the grounds that it wouldn't have restored my confidence in their Tech support.

Election fraud...to be or not to be.

One thing eludes me. We have had election fraud since the very first presidential election when George Washington ran unopposed. Now, 250 years later, the "sheep" of the American public suddenly believe that Trump invented it and that NOT ONE instance of voter fraud can be substantiated...Where is our probity..our common sense???

Carpet Installation - 5 star

I recently had a carpet installed by National Floors Direct. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has a carpet/floor installation project. The salesman was professional and offered a wide array of options. The installers showed up early and got right to work. The quality of the carpet and pad are amazing, they exceeded my expectations. The carpet transformed the basement to a much needed living space. I would absolutely use National Floors again in the future.

A word of warning before buying on line with Millets.

I was going to give 1 star but as I got the refund for the tent I decided 2 stars would be more appropriate
The incident does not involve a great deal of money (£23.40 to be precise) but it is the way that I have been treated. If you have bought an expensive tent you may well be out of pocket for a long time and it may even spoil your holiday.

I returned a cheap tent on or around 17 April 2020 (using Parcelforce) and paid for the postage.

I did suggest that I could return it to my local Millets store after lockdown ends. Saving me hassle and them paying for postage. But no “Our inspection team are fully trained in these areas …” had to be involved.

After a while I received a refund for the tent (in two payments the first one being, you guessed it, £23.40). After the refund arrived they were “unable” to send me a replacement I would pay the full price less the postage that was owed to me.

To cut a long story short and after more than 49 emails (and still counting) I received this.

“Dear Rob,
Thank you for your PayPal refund enquiry.
I’m pleased to advise you that your refund has now been processed.
As you paid using PayPal the funds are often showing in your account within the next hour or two. If they don’t show immediately, please don’t worry, as they can take up to 24 hours to clear.
Thank you for choosing to shop with us and if you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact me.”

50 hours later still no refund.

I know that we are in a Covid-19 situation and thins take longer to resolve. I totally understand that people may be working from home but in the time that this has been going on my family and I have had many “presents” from Amazon. I have had to return 2 items to Amazon and they took my word for the reason for the return. I received a full refund as soon as the goods were handed over to the post office. The only way I can describe this is as total incompetence. The question you need to ask yourself do you want to spend your hard earned cash with an incompetent organisation?
