Wines are superior. Website not as user friendly if you wish to pause deliveries or otherwise make changes. Only by calling I found I could get answers.

Really stand behind their 100% satisfaction guarantee
I love this club and I love that they are 100% satisfaction guaranteed! We have had a couple times where we just really do not like the wine and we call them and they are absolutely willing to refund the money without even having us return the wine. That really makes it nice to be able to try other wines and even be okay with some of the cases where you're not exactly sure what you're getting. However, it has only been a rare instance where we really don't like what they send us. All of the wine has been outstanding!

WSJ means Quality
Delivery was quick; price was okay but considering the value of the wines it is fine with me to pay a bit extra - - WSJ is pretty much 90-95% when it comes to the quality of the wines they offer. And if for any reason I am not happy with a particular wine WSJ promptly refunds the price of that bottle. I am very satisfied with my membership in WSJ!

My cases came earlier than first stated…
My cases came earlier than first stated and I wasn’t going to be home so I redirected delivery for pickup. One case still came to my home. Also, one of my cases was to have 3 Abesse and 3 The Jumper . Instead it had 5 Jumper and only 1 Abesse
