Great product, shame about Royal Mail delivery

Customer service have organised a reprint and redelivery by DHL which is great. On the day they arranged to reprint my order, my original order arrived. Typical Royal Mail service letting their clients and customers down yet again.
Thank you wtfnotebooks for sorting the order for me. The notebooks are top quality!

My order of 3 notebooks was dispatched on 28th October.
Having politely asked if they could track my order after it hadn’t arrived on 11th November, I was informed very bluntly that I could not have a refund.
I didn’t ask for a refund, I asked them to let me know where my order was.
Fast forward to today, 19th November and still no sign of order being delivered nor have I received any further updates from customer service.

On shipping, Royal Mail has been very reliable when it comes to delivering our products to our customers. Unfortunately, as an online store, we have to rely on shipping companies to do their part – and while we can print and ship an order within one business day, sometimes the freight companies do let us (and our customers) down. Nationwide strikes don't make it easier either.
But we're glad that we could find a solution together – and even better that your original order arrived that same day. And we also appreciate you updating your review to reflect the development since you originally posted it.

Just love them
Oh my! Absolutely LOVE these notebooks. Have ordered several times and they are now a staple on the gift list. So funny trying to sort the most appropriate titles for the recipients but they are always appreciated and shown off to work colleagues etc. If I were still working, my desk would be full of them ! Easy and straightforward to order - once you’ve made your mind up - and fast delivery. Thanks so much for solving gift issues year round. Any chance you can stock pens in a similar vein?

Second year as my go to gift diary supplier! Great quality and speedy delivery. Massive shame that the post office delivery left them outside in the rain without putting a card in the door, ruining 2 of the 6 I bought.

Good Notebooks, room for improvement in customer service process
Notebooks are really nice, need to deduct one star due to some customer service challenges. Notebooks arrived on time, yet it took quite some back-and-forth to receive a proper invoice, which left me frustrated at times. All resolved now.

These notebooks are such fun. There is. Title for every occasion, and relative. Fortunately, I have family and friends who make lists, keep notes, etc, so there is always a reason to purchase a notebook. It is especially good to get a 10% off offer.

Clever, wickedly funny, joyous, quirky and glorious
So happy to have found this brand. I very much enjoy browsing the quirky and joyously funny range available. I only wish that I could afford more/ use more/ give more as gifts.
Love their classification system too as some are a bit too fruity for school or too close to the truth! Always get them for my fellow Head of Years to set the tone of our shared office.
Please can you add in more for education so that they can the mustard on the health and safety front but would raise a chuckle for both smart kids and teachers having that sort of day.
