Review Is Mainly for Robin in the customer services team. Had a little issue with delivery and artwork and she was outstanding at doing her best to push the delivery through. Not yet recieved the delivery to comment on the print, however her customer service was excellent and credit to WTTB. Dealt with Robin a few times great service!

Speed and quality is great. Web ordering is a bit flaky. I could not add all 4 items to a single order so had to place 2 separate orders. But it all worked out. Very economical.

I have no idea what my business cards are like because yet again DPD have failed to deliver. The van driver turned up but the delivery was not in his van. Previously when I ordered loyalty cards it took 3 attempts for me to get them. In fact I only received them on the 3rd attempt because I ran around the town looking for his van. We arranged for them to come to my home rather than our business premises because they consistently failed to deliver there, Other couriers successfully deliver so I do not understand why DPD are so unreliable!

I paid extra for delivery at a precise time on a precise day and there was a delay. I spent £180 having the order re printed locally as I couldn’t afford a problem - these were order of service booklets for a funeral. I was completely let down and unable to speak to a human.

Dropped one star as order was not dispatched on time. Customer Service were very good at sorting the issue

My orders from WTTB have been well-printed on quality stock, well-packed, and dispatched promptly. The offering for custom flyers in particular gives those purchasing print a much wider selection of options than do most trade printers, at a sensible price.

The reason for not giving 5 stars is the £21.60 charge for each parcel posted to Northern Ireland - even small parcels which could be sent by Royal Mail much more cheaply. Competitors either apply the "free delivery" principle across the UK or levy a small charge for the additional Windsor Framework paperwork.

They have changed their checkout and now limit the amount of text you can provide for the shipping address. We are a business and they give us 35 characters to provide unit number, business park name and street address. It is not enough so we are unable to place an order until this is changed.

Ordered multiple sets of business cards. I needed help to understand how to book online, with all the different set ups. The cards arrived minus one set which they rectified and sent out the next day. Quality of cards are good, I ordered soft touch on both sides.

Jordan went the extra mile to help me when I had IT issues and still delivered ahead of time.

Fair pricing, good quality prints, art guidance for the printing process. Prompt delivery, fantastic in regards to knowing where your order is in its manufacturing process. Well packaged.

We will be using from now onwards.

We opened our restaurant 3 years ago and since we've opened I have been using A4 8PP Booklets with SPOT UV and Gold Foiling and lamination throughout. Last years they stopped laminating the booklets throughout so we had to settle with no lamination on the inner pages. I have been using the same artwork since we opened and I can understand I got the artwork wrong on the first occasion, but every single time ive ordered I have always followed the guidelines and upload accordingly to which they request the SPOT UV and Gold Foiling to be in separate pages, as to their request I follow it up with the amended artwork, this time I ordered exactly the way I did previously, they reject the artwork delaying it further, because this time they wanted the gold foiling to be in the orange colour, I dont know if its time consuming or if they just simply dont like offering this product but it has always been very difficult. Now I am reviewing this based off of just ordering the Booklets with the extra embellishments, other occasions they have been absolutely top tier and I have been using them for many many years, I just always have the worst time getting the booklets in time because the colour on the document was gold (like how I have done it for many many orders) I ordered on the 18th of November, unfortunately no one gets back to you straight away meaning it has been almost 4 week. I was supposed to receive the menus on the 2nd as we opted for the express service, the new menus were to be launched on the following Friday meaning we've had to delay launching our new menu items. I also ordered the A5 Booklets which have been delayed also as they were coming on the same order. This meant my Drinks launch also had to be delayed. This has genuinely been a horrible experience and I would like to point out, this is the experience I have only ordering booklets with embellishments. Nobody got in touch with me to let me know, or to apologise. Sadly ive experienced a full weeks worth of loss from this so I will look for alternative menus as I cant deal with this whilst trying to run a restaurant.

Late deliveries, problems with your website, refunds not processed in a timely many creating reconciliation problems.

Absolutely appalling customer service. placed an order on the 3rd December with the wrong address, I rectified to the right address immediately the parcel has been delivered to the wrong address even though it was done before the order was even processed and the lady on the phone was vile. would not recommend. Ended up wasting money for an order. I will not be using the company again it's not the first time they have done something wrong and refuse to correct it.
