Delivery was good and turnaround time…
Delivery was good and turnaround time good but the print quality could have been better and was better on my last run of the same exact same design on the exact same paper (repeat order). My flyers have white spots on the front side which seems like the printer missed little patches in the paper texture but it didn't have that look the last time so I'm a little disappointed this time as this order is double the quantity of my previous based on the quality last time.

A printer you can build a business around
I have been a customer of theirs for over five years and honestly, they deserve every piece of credit I can give them. They have dealt with often quite difficult questions, a couple of difficult situations put up on them by delivery companies and one situation caused by a gnarly confluence of pre-press software and an emoji font which affected only the second printing of a book, all with grace and kindness.
Their current reward program is less generous than the program it replaced but in the current economics system, I cannot blame them and as a customer pretends to make one large order every year or so yes it sucks, but they still have better prices than basically any of their other competitors.

The don't colour match on an order they have done before
on the first order of a new product they didn't change the colour at all, which meant the books I ordered, completely matched the rest of the range. So the second time I ordered the same books, they completely changed the colour and stated they don't colour match. Extremely unhelpful, leaving me with stock I can't sell.
