Sadly have to go elsewhere
I’ve been using Where The Trade Buys for years and have always found the products to be of great quality. I mainly use Foamex signs and on the occasions there’s been an issue, such as a wrong size being sent, they’ve always been really quick to resolve it and send a replacement.
Whilst I completely understand price increases, sadly it’s now made it difficult for me to continue using them regularly. Even with the Silver pricing and 15% discount, I’m now finding I can get the same products significantly cheaper elsewhere, which, unfortunately, is hard for me to justify as a small business.

Affordable event banners that won't break the bank
I run a nonprofit and we rely on sponsored events to raise money. Banners are essential for our events and WTTB provides a range of options at affordable pricing that works for us.
I've used their services for a few years and never had issues. The banners are delivered on time with DPD and they are very responsive when there's an issue.
If you need high-quality event banners that won't break the bank, go with WTTB!

I have used WTTB for many years and always been happy with the quality and prices. The customer service has been good too, but recently...
Ive had a couple of issues which have not been dealt with as the would have been previously. It seems WTTB is forgetting that customer service is a big part of customer satisfaction. Due to the decline of customer service I now place print elsewhere unless WTTB beat them on price by a good margin

DPD messed up my delivery. WTTB went above and beyond to make sure I had my products on time. Extremely impressed with the level of customer service. Unusual to see such commitment to customers, delighted with the service.

I am extremely impressed by the professional service provided by WTTB. The final book was supplied exactly as quoted to a very high standard of print and binding quality, on time and packaged to minimise the possibility of damage. I would have no hesitation in recommending WTTB.

Absolutely delighted
I've used this company for a good few years, for a wide range of promotional items, and have always been happy with the end results. I designed a rather special, hard back book of my watercolour illustrations, and took a while to decide on who to produce the books...very important. I'm so glad ~I went with WTTB: their turned the project round in less than the quoted deadline, delivered the books well packaged, and the final books are such superb quality. Delighted is an understatement.

Lost a 5 year customer over a set of…
Lost a 5 year customer over a set of cards. Said it may crack a little on the uv at the edge and that I should move UV in 2mm, yet the UV peels off nearly 15mm. That's a curing problem, not a trimming problem.
