We're a small, family business with huge ambition of becoming the best and biggest toy shop with loads of cool goodies and accessories for dogs. Great customer service
I came across this website and I’m glad I did because it has an amazing selection of treats / chews/ toys for my crazy beagle. I accidentally paid on my work card and emailed the customer service team and had a response nearly instantly to cancel my order. I was able to put the payment through on the right card which saved me an embarrassing conversation at work! Kim was lovely and helpful. Delivery was quick and my dog loved everything. I will absolutely be placing orders here again! Thank you.

I was disappointed that they did not…
I was disappointed that they did not respond to my question on their 'Contact Us' page regarding my order which ended up going to the wrong address. Disappointing. I did get the item as it was forwaded onto me by the person it was sent to by mistake but I probably wouldn't purchase from them again.

Dog not happy
Never received my item after several weeks. I emailed the customer service team and they never replied to me. PayPal refunded me in the end, shocking service from Wuffies!!

With 1000's of customers, we have never let anyone down, so please accept our sincere apologies.
On checking your email, we have found your order, however, we cannot find any email from yourself, unfortunately. Please resend to help@wuffies.co.uk so we can investigate as to why we never received it, so this experience is never repeated.
We are always more than happy to refund orders immediately and also to help our customers in every way we can. It should be a super-fun, enjoyable experience at Wuffies, not completely the opposite.

My dogs won't play with the balls as they are too heavy. There was no weight on the description so I took a chance and it was a mistake snd I wasted the money

Taste
I have tried numerous dog chews trying to get my dogs to improve their health. Wuffies is the only one they will eat. All the others they smell and walk away. The first jar I got, the lid wasn't on all the way and my makamute husky ate the few that were left! I will continue to use this product!! And tell my friends!
