Exceptional Customer Service
Whilst the DPD delivery service was spectacularly poor, this was outside WUVA's direct control. WUVAa's customer service was excellent in trying to solve the problem, with regular communications and chasing on my behalf. I would recommend them on this basis alone as they show a genuine intention to deliver great customer service.
10/10 customer service
10/10 customer service. I put down the incorrect email address when ordering which can cause a headache but the customer service team helped get it sorted and answered all my emails promptly! The bike I ordered arrived quickly and it’s a great service! Would highly recommend
2 great bikes and excellent experience
Great overall experience - excellent bikes (both arrived brand new in their boxes), smooth and friendly communication, and quick delivery and return.
We first rented a Squish 18 and later a Woom 4. I only wish I’d discovered Wuva sooner, as my son used to outgrow bikes and switch sizes twice a year.
Excellent bike
Excellent bike, carefully packed with clear instructions for set-up. Customer services team was responsive and friendly, when I reached out to enquire delivery date.
Woom bike is well-made and super easy for my daughter to handle. The monthly rental fee is also reasonable given the RRP of the bike.
Try to rent a bike twice now but unable to
Try to rent a bike twice now, both time it says unable to accept your rental order, no specific reason as to why. Very strange experience to say at the least.

I’ve been a Wuva Bike customer for over a year now, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Their bikes are always top quality — reliable, comfortable, and built to last. The team at Wuva has consistently provided excellent service, always friendly, professional, and quick to help with any questions.
Recently, I decided to upgrade and get a new bike for my little one, and once again, the process was seamless. The staff took the time to listen, and my child absolutely loves the new bike!
It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with genuinely caring service, but Wuva does exactly that. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for durable bikes and a team that truly stands behind their customers.

We’re on our second bike with Wuva. The service has been great and the quality of the bikes are excellent. When we’ve had a maintenance issue the team have helped resolve it within 24hrs. Customer service and communication has always been great. Would highly recommend.
Really happy with our brand new bike
Really happy with our brand new bike. It was a really good idea to use the woom go 3 as a balance bike, just attach the pedals with your hands when ready, no tools needed. My son learned to pedal the same day he started to use it.
Great Service and Quality Bike
We leased a bike for our daughter through Wuva. There were a few communication issues at the start, but these were quickly resolved, and since then the experience has been excellent. The bike is great quality, and my daughter loves it. We’ll definitely continue to use Wuva when she’s ready for her next size up!
Fantastic bike range & service
Fantastic bike range, my son absolutely loves his Woom bike which we got him back in April and so great to have the flexibility to change the bike as he grows without having to make multiple expensive purchases. The Wuva team comms has been brilliant arranging delivery of bike etc.

A great service …
Wuva has been a great service to use to help my son learn to ride his first bike. We rented a Woom bike which costs over £400 new. He used it for 7 months so the cost per month was very reasonable as we knew he would grow out of it fairly quickly after learning to ride. Renting saved us from depreciation and the hassle of selling a used bike.
The team at Wuva is small enough to really care about its customers and I received excellent service from both James and Matthew. Thank you!
Unfortunately Wuva didn’t have the type of bike we wanted for my son’s next ride, so we were not able to continue our business, but I’m sure we can do something again in the future with Wuva.
I would recommended Wuva without doubt.

they have excellent client service they were diligent and you can tell they really care about giving you the best service possible. The bikes were great, very light and my kids enjoyed them so much
Wuva have been excellent throughout
Wuva have been excellent throughout. Great choice of bikes, ordering was easy, arrived quickly, brand new bike, and superb customer service throughout. They even came and collected in person when we cancelled as the bike was getting too small for our 6 year old and it's now winter. I would highly recommend Wuva, especially as kids grow so quickly - you get top quality bikes without the upfront cost and the flex to change as they grow.
Excellent choice for kid's bike subscription
I used to subscribe a Woom 2 kid's bike with Bike Club but I can't find any suitable upgrade so I turned to Wuva to ask about a Woom 3 Automagic, which I found to be the best in the market. James@Wuva responded my enquiry swiftly and being very helpful in offering a suitable subscription plan for me.
Although there were hiccups during the delivery, Wuva tried his best to make sure that the bike arrived before my girl's 5 year-old birthday. The bike came very well packed with detailed assembling instructions.
Wuva also said they wont additionally charge for returning the bike upon expiry of the subscription period, whereas Bike Club is going to charge me £30 for that. Overall Wuva's subscription is also more reasonably priced than Wuva. And their bike selections are as good, if not better at times.
Worth giving this startup a try if you are looking for a bike.

Good bike, good service, I recommend you for your kids to try with the appropriate size , our daughter learnt in 30 minutes as these bikes are extremely light.
