Terrible service! Ordered a dress and it said 15 days for delivery. Over a month later and I still hadn’t received it. I got in touch (as my tracking number stated the dress was still in transit) and they tried to claim it was a different tracking number - which coincidentally stated it had been delivered which it hasn’t. They refused to give a refund or re-send the dress. They didn’t offer to track the dress down, jus said it was my problem!

My favorite online store! I have been ordering for the past year Wuvve. I love the dresses, accessories, designs, and specially the quality. Everything fits my style.

Definitely 5 stars.

Never supplement on this website!!! I've been trying to get my money for weeks. I was promised 100% of the refund after a long letter. To date, I don't have the money. Now I get an email that I should only receive 50%. There are three undamaged clothes. The website says that they will refund you the money but that's not true!!!!!! I will take strong legal action against this company

Not a trustworthy company. Ordered over a month ago. 15 or so days later, tracking said it was "delivered", but it was never received. I emailed several times and they first advised me to contact the carrier where it was not found. They then advised that there was an issue with delivery? Why would your tracking service say "delivered" when it was not. I've exchanged numerous emails and they continue to stall to give me a return and say "they are looking into it". This is not a legitimate company. I spent $50 and will likely never get it back. Do NOT buy from here. I will be commenting on every social media post to warn others.

Really bad experience, do not recommend ordering from there!

I ordered a dress for roughly 50 USD. The dress looks cheap and doesn't suit me well. I wanted to send it back and have a refund, however, the customer support emailed me back only to tell me several stories:

-no they don't take refunds
-they can refund but need a picture from me in the dress to see why it is not fitting
-they can offer me a refund of 25% but I need to keep the dress and i should post pictures of me in the dress in social media to make some advertisement for them.

I asked several times for the adress to send the dress back but I didn't receive it. I am very dissapointed and feel like I have been deprived of my rights as a purchaser to return products and to receive a refund. in Switzerland, there is a right/law saying that anyone who purchases something has several days to return it if he/she doesn't want it anymore.

I ordered the black side split dress in medium and it fits like an extra small. It is so cheap and poorly made and the sizing is off. Came from China. They won’t refund my money because it was on “sale” but it’s literally on sale all the time. It’s just an excuse so they don’t have to return your money for their cheap product. I’m sure they’re making tons of $$ of this scam. Stay away.

Same as other buyer reviews - cheap dress mailed form China, avoided giving me a return for weeks. Said they do not give money back for bad experiences for customers. Terrible! The dresses are of poor quality and don't fit. Too bad, I'll keep trying to get my money.

I really love their way of working, especially that they share there profits with charity. I ordered a dress and it took a while to get here, but I absolutely love it!

I ordered 2 necklaces in different colours at 22 pounds per necklace. Upon opening the first one I realised that it was extremely poor quality for the price. It looks like it was bought in primark for 2 pounds. I asked to return the second one and received a reply that they 'dont refund discounted items'. Shocking. Avoid at all costs.

Same as other buyer reviews - cheap dress mailed form China, avoided giving me a return address for weeks then gave me one in Belgium. Now trying to get me to pay the €21 euro tax fee Belgium is demanding for the parcel as part of return fees as well as £8 postage in exchange for £37 dress refund! This is a total scam, cheap items, avoid at all costs and report to ombudsman.

Ordered a dress based on the picture but the fabric doesn't look at all like the fabric on the picture: it looks cheaper and the quality is not good. It is also too small, so I want to return it. As the refund policy on their website describes, I mailed to ask for the return address. Wuvve answered by asking the reason for the return, without informing me about the return address. I answered that the item is too small and that the fabric is not what I wanted it to be. I also asked again for the return address. They asked me to send a photo of the item, again without informing me about the return address. I sent them a photo, again asking for the return address. Then they replied that they had found a new supplier, so they can send me a better version of the item. Again without the return address. I replied that I don't want a better version and asked for the fourth time for the return address. That was this afternoon, haven't heard from them after my last e-mail.

Based on the quality of this order and the communication with Wuvve concerning my attempt to return the item, I would not at all recommend ordering Wuvve-items.

Scam. What I recieved in the mail is nothing like what I ordered online. When I asked for a return and refund they gave me a nonexistent address is Belgium to mail the item back to. They've taken weeks to answer my emails.
