I have been using 100 Pound Social for my digital marketing business's social media marketing for 18 months now. The service is excellent for the price. The team are responsive and helpful, and most importantly the posts are relevant to my business and industry and rarely need correcting or amending. I'm very happy with the service and recommend it to many of my clients.

They picked up the tone of our company very quickly!

We booked the half-year plan, after 3 months we saw no improvements on our social media channels in terms of new followers, comments or even inquiries. Instead we got asked what this content is all about.
100 pound social provides content based on a cookie-cutter principle: They have a couple of templates and those will be repeated. In itself not a problem but the quality of the provided posts itself is very poor. At the time of placing the order, I read something like "No AI Content" on their website. This claim is now gone. Clearly, AI generated images were used and a writing style that is typical for AI is recognizable as well. We stopped the publishing, asked for improvements but little to nothing changed. Even their own instagram and LinkedIn channels have little to no engagement - a big warning sign. If you're looking for quality content, this is not the way to go.

Apparently, the business owner tried to remove this feedback by flagging it as defamatory. This claim was rejected by trustpilot. I also want to mention that I was contacted by the founder and I was offered a partial refund if I would remove my comment.
