Malcolm Roger’s assistance and knowledge of his product assisted me and my in-laws in choosing the Arya oxygen concentrator for my mother in law. After Malcolm explained the machine and all its accessories he answered all our follow up questions, including what to do if there are ever any issues, during multiple phone calls. He was professional, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. We are very happy Malcolm answered my original phone call and are looking forward to receiving the Arya. Thank you Malcolm!

I am very pleased with my experience of purchasing a portable Arya oxygen concentrator. Josh Simpson , the respiratory specialist that i dealt with was very knowledgeable and explained all of my questions. Josh was also very pleasant and patient with me. I would recommend this company and Josh to anyone needing a good portable oxygen concentrator.

I had a very pleasant experience with this company. Mikey Mishell took my order and was very professional. My husband needed the oxygen unit for an upcoming planned vacation. Mr. Mishell promised the unit would arrive in time and it did! Many thanks to Mr. Mishell for doing an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company and especially dealing with Mikey Mishell.

I had no trouble with Traci. I was pleased with the way my questions were answered, We have not received the machine yet as they said it will go out today. Once the machine gets here & my husband uses it for awhile, we will see what happens. Traci was very pleasant to talk to & helpful,

They tried to rob my father. The owner specializes in internet marketing. They caught his attention and took his credit card information and asked for a pin before he had even signed any contracts or signed up for any services. Predatory company that is targeting your sick parents!

horrible customer service. l wanted my simplygo mini fixed. Salesman said instead he would offer $600 for the unit if I bought a new one plus extra off for being a valued customer. HA! they took me on that one. Only offered me $100 after they got mine back. Now giving me a hassle returning the new one, saying I will have to pay more for getting my "used one back". I will never deal with this company again.

This company cheated me out of $800. They have unethical business practices. The rules change as you move through the process. They do not deserve a single star. When I received the oxygen concentrator which I purchased and used it for the first time, it over heated and burned my leg. I never used it again and returned it within the first week. Suddenly the 30-day return policy became a 5-day return policy in order to receive the full purchase price. When calling to discuss this issue, the customer service was minimal. Returned phone calls were non existent. I regret this transaction and will never do business with this company again.

This company cheated my out of $700.00. I am very unhappy with the way this company conducts business. They really don't care about you or your health. Please don't do business with this company. They will just take this review off when they see it. I only hope I can save just one person from doing business with them.

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS BUSINESS! They will literally stalk you. I have received something like 25 calls, 10 emails, and 10 texts just from looking! Ridiculous vultures for sales people.

I don't think they even deserve that one star. I sent in my portable oxygen to buy back program there was nothing wrong with machine cause I sent it in for service early this year and didn't use it cause it wasn't enough
oxygen for me I was told that the machine is all good after they serviced it now I sent it in for buy back and they j
called me to tell me they offer is $350 not $600 because the pressure is low and the warranty just expired all bull crap I told them send it back to me they said ok but I have to pay for shipping I will never do business or send anyone to do business with this company a bunch of crooks

I WAS (key word) a long time customer with 1st Class Medical. I made my first purchase back in 2017. My last purchase was in January 2021 and included a trade-in offer for the very same unit I purchased in 2017, including other accessories that I purchased from other sources. This included 2 extra batteries ($500 each), external charger ($120) and Inogen backpack ($100).

Once I sent them this trade-in I could not get in touch with anyone nor get someone to call me back about the trade-in assessment FOR THREE MONTHS!! I finally got lucky and someone in the so-called "Customer Care" department and they offered me $300 for the whole lot. This is about 10% of what I paid for everything. When I told them I would like my items back, they delayed by leaving me a message offering me $500. Meanwhile, someone is selling the same unit without any of the extras for about $1,000.

When I called back, I was told to leave a message and they will call me back. TWO DAYS LATER, still no return call, so I had to try to get in contact with someone. It took multiple attempts before I could talk to someone from "Customer Care". After I told them I reject their insulting counter offer, they claim that they will be sending me my unit that same day - we shall see.

Beware of this businesses tactics. I purchased a Oxygen Concentrator from this company in "Good Faith", and they put the shaft to me. I paid $2,100.00 dollars for a "Freestyle Comfort" CAIRE oxygen concentrator. When the unit arrived, I pluged it in, and it was Dead On Arrival ! DOA ! I called them on the following day, and advised them that the unit was defective at the onset! They sent me a replacement unit. When the unit arrived. I plugged it in. it did work, however it was so loud that my wife said she could not sleep over the noise of the machine. I knew then, that this "CAIRE" product would not serve my purpose. I then called the company(1st class medical) and advised them that I was not happy with this companies Oxygen Concentrators after having two bad units. I advised 1st Class Medical, that I was sending back the two units by UPS, and did not wish to proceed any further with the product or the company (due to apparent continual frustration). A few days later, I checked on my credit card, to see if a credit was issued for the amount paid of $2,100.00.They issued me a credit for the amount of $1,920.00 dollars, not the $2,100.00 that I paid.I was "shorted" $180.00 dollars. When I called the company and asked why they did not credit my card for the full amount of $2,1000.00 they stated to me that it was for shipping fees / re-stocking fees. I felt cheated of $180.00 and that I was under the impression that I was dealing with a honest company. The response was that they would not credit my card for the amount of $180.00 She said "Dispute" the amount with my bank! I then Called my bank, and they said the amount of $180.00 would be placed in "dispute" by the end of the month ( October). I told the person at 1st class Medical that I would write a review about the entire "fiasco" she wasn't deterred at all by what I said, and I am still short $180.00. I would Never do business again with 1st Class Medical, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. 1st class, my ass! (I did go with another company, the company and the product were both great!) Stay clear and far from 1st Class Medical. Positively NOT 1st class service, Positively 1st class "Rip-Offs!"
