I called first class medical about repairing or replacing an oxygen concentrator. I talked with Jake about the problem and he helped me decide what to replace. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful and a great resource for the company.

I’m Thankful for his professionalism and a good salesman, although he spoke with me as a friend . He assisted me with the purchase of a portable oxygen concentrator that works in MY best interests.
