I phoned for advice to check specifications for a pool skimmer and found Steve to be super helpful. I am confident the replacement skimmer I ordered will be suitable as a replacement, with an extension collar also supplied. If a part isn’t obvious on the website, a quick phone call and one of the great sales team will find it. If it’s not something they stock, they will go out of their way to contact other suppliers to find it.
With free next-day delivery over £60 order and retail prices that are generally better than certain “trade only” pool supply companies, they’re my go-to for all things pool and hot-tub related.

Needed a hard to source pool filter but had no luck with several companies, contacted first direct and Bryan Benjafield informed me that he had none but he went the extra mile and managed to source one. Delivered within a week. Will use again
