Never use their free bets!
Site is very poorly laid out but offers great betting options. can earn points from playing that you can convert into things like free bets and deposit matching bonuses.
What they don’t say unless you dig deep into their terms and conditions that if you use a free bet from this method, any winnings have to be wagered 10x and for a maximum conversion of £20!!!! I won £307.82 from a £5 free bet, that they want me to bet 10x so £3078.20 to earn a whopping £20!
Customer service is extremely slow and very blunt. Wait a good length of time for their replies but if you don’t reply within 30s they close the chat!
I have email to request my account be closed as worst betting site I’ve used.
