Really poor service
Really poor service - they have an app that does not make it remotely clear that you are booking for a fifteen minute window rather than a specific time. Drivers then log that they are with you sooner than they are, causing confusion. 247 have deliberately bought up other Hastings firms to dominate, and now provide a dreadful service with few other options.
One can only hope Uber hit Hastings, and send this terrible company out of business, deservedly.

1 star is too generous. DO NOT USE if you want to get to your destination on time. Missed hospital appointment. Called 45mins beforehand and chased 3 times to get an update.
I see their default response to reviews is to say they are not genuine. Perhaps a better course of action would be to accept the GENUINE FEEDBACK AND IMPROVE YOUR SERVICE.
You have much to learn about customer service.
You will not get my custom again.

Not great service
Pre booked a week in advance BOOKING REF NUMBER 8303548 Added as their not genuine reply shocker me !!!! ( the taxi going was on time ) but they did not turn up at the time they said to pick us up on our return journey. I can understand things run late sometimes but they kept saying he on way and he never came after 3 phone calls he said oh you better cancel etc it was in Cannock chase forest dark and late after a concert .. I said no how can I cancel! Someone eventually came but I waited an hour !! They had not even dispatched a taxi basically. The guy on the phones was not very professional either sadly I don’t recommend.

What a let down
Used these before then let down really bad told twice taxi on way then called me to say there will be no taxi comming will not use these again

APPALING
Waited for a taxi, it arrived and then drive off. I called the base they said he’s coming back… I could see on the pay he was parked up on green lane for 35 minuites! Didn’t come back. I was over an hour late for work because I then had to wait a further 40 mins for them to send another cab, this is a reoccurring issue! Even when I prebook the day before, they still find it impossible to send a taxi. It’s ridiculous. They take card payments on the app and then cancel, refunds take 3-5 working days. 247 needs to get their act together it’s appalling. I’ve been made to wait in rain with my newborn because the taxis drive off and do other jobs instead

I’ve only booked with this company 3…
I’ve only booked with this company 3 times but they only turned up on time once. The 2nd time they were 20 mins late, and the last time 25/4/23 again were so late I had to cancel.
When you book a cab hours in advance, and have to pay in advance, you don’t expect this service.

Always I need to wait around 30min ,40 min for prebooked taxi .

PRE-BOOKED TAXI
Pre-booked a taxi for the airport, had to phone the office twice, taxi was 30 minutes late, pre booked and paid for return taxi, surprise surprise that was 30 minutes late, not sure the car was Road worthy as the front bumper hanging off!
