Please kindly remove all my personal details from you system and remove my email from your email list.
It is preposterous how many emails you think it is satisfactory to send one person in one single day, but I have received nine in the space of 24 hours, the same email four time three hours apart., and this continues on a regular daily basis. Your system is clearly broken.
This is not clever marketing, it is unnecessary, tantamount to harassment and you are quickly losing all credibility as a company. I have therefore decided to make sure that I put in an equal amount of effort to forewarn other people your unrelentless, pestering practises.

7. Separat tjejgym!!!! på nästan alla anläggningar
8. Gruppträning/pass ingår och PT för rimligt pris
9. Stort utbud av bra och fungerande maskiner
Och mycket mer som jag säkert glömt att nämna!

Om det finns något dåligt så är det uppsägningstiden på 2 månader men jämfört med SATS där personalen är snorkig och priset orimligt och friskisosvettis där maskinerna ofta är trasiga och lokalerna slitna så är detta fantastiskt :)

Hard to get attention. I’m trying to contact Cannock gym from the last 3 days no success. Emails, contact forms, instagram dm - nothing. And I can see that someone read my dm. I just wanted to ask 2 simple question to start my membership but, after reading comments here, I think it’s luck that I didn’t.

2 months in to my joining I started to notice massive failings and all due to not spending on maintenance, cleaning (done by the pt's?). The 1 gents urinal was out of service and leaking all over the floor for nearly 2 weeks, the hand drier didn't work for even longer, 1 of the 6 showers out of order the whole time I was a member, gulley trays in showers scummed up. But worst of all there are no cleaning stations, so don't look for hand sanitizer or blu roll to wipe down equipment or sanitise your hands. Drink positions on the treadmills coated in previous spillages and never cleaned in 2 months dust and grime and BIRD SEED yes uv seen correctly in situ by matts for 2 weeks. Covid .... whats that?
All in all a dreadful place and a complete health hazard..... no investment and after chasing one of their directors she emailed me to say no.plans to invest in new gym matts (old and cracked) so if the won't put hands in pockets for what is a cheap item?? Basically I left and am now at a gym that has all of the things this gym does not. Horrendous there but delighted where I am now. Do NOT join this gym.

Take your money and close the gym the following month.

Equipment not maintained and rude manager

This is a family oriented, clean, well equipment gym. They offer 24/7 access and every perk a gym could offer. They are currently building a salt sauna area, which I have never seen in a gym. The cardio is separate from the weights and the machines are oriented in a manner that flows well if it's busy or not so busy.

The Gym was alright, but no one was cleaning anything after use, and machines were left covered in sweat, e.t.c. Plus, you CAN NOT cancel your membership online, you have to call a number which puts you on hold for 30+ minutes.

AVOID.

My name is Imran. I made a full year membership and paid in full just went once and the lock down began. Just before the lock down was going to open I received a email from 24/7 fitness gym that Halifax gym has gone into liquidation. I was advised I will get a refund. I have sent over 10 emails and I haven’t heard anything about my refund it’s been over a year. I rang different numbers from websites to the other gyms no one can help it seems the owners and the people in charge who run the gyms have gone in hiding. I am angry its been over year no refund. I am not going to let them rip me off. It’s nice to take the money given it back hurts.

Very interesting to read some of these reviews. Wouldn’t let me rejoin after lockdown on previous rate for seniors who hardly ever attend. First class (I only go to classes) back cancelled as no instructor though she gave 2 weeks notice. This has always been a common problem. Have paid up front for a year’s membership. I suspect they know they are going down the pan and that I will probably lose my money.
NO SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT AND NO WAY OF COMPLAINING UNLESS you can send form via Facebook or Google and I can’t!

I am disappointed and disgusted, with the 24/7 gym they have charged me for two months membership, in the lockdown ,and still will not refund my money, very very badly run gym avoid like the plague, the gym in question is the birmingham branch hagley rd .

I am absolutely disgusted with 24/7 fitness.

They’ve charged me during 2 national lockdowns and never returned my call to question this.
They are now refusing to give me a full refund and the service I’ve received has been disgusting.
When I called to chase up I spent 3 days trying to get hold of a woman who eventually told me she “wasn’t able to give refunds anyway” and that I’d need to speak to someone else.
I then called to speak to their so called Director who laughed when he was told who was calling and was no help whatsoever and showed no customer care.

Looking through these reviews I’m now not surprised that they’re withholding my money as it appears to be a common theme. They’re clearly struggling financially as a business however that’s no reason to withhold members’ money, particularly during a global pandemic.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Instructors don't bother turning up to classes. So unreliable. No notice given so customers waiting around come to their own conclusion that the class isn't happening. Terrible service

Scamming con artists these owners... Taken loads of money from people and then don't open the halifax gym as they said they were going to.... Tbh was a s#!t hole anyway only thing good about it was the staff who fought to please all the clients despite your poor management... You should be ashamed taking people's money especially when you clearly knew the gym was not going to open after lockdown but still had members paying dd with you promising memberships would be extended with time memberships have not been used... Do yourself a favor and stay clear of 24/7 gym

Joined said gym, closed for lockdown , they cleared gym out of all equipment, promising to open back up, received email today, stating that is not the case!! Complete rip off merchants!! They don’t know what it means to be honest, to members or the staff they employed !! AVOID at all costs!! Find another gym!!

They renewed my membership without any notification and now I'm trying to cancel it and get a refund but every time I speak to someone they say I have to contact 24/7 directly, the customer service is terrible. also since I paid yearly every time I try to speak to someone they say "we only deal with monthly direct debits". Never buy the upfront membership, wasted 9 months because of covid-19 and now I've been forced to waste money on another year when I wont be going anymore.

Best gym I've joined, great classes, great free weights area, clean, friendly staff. Definitely sticking with this gym.

I've been back training therefore for 3 weeks now it's a 24-hour gym and it seems to be closed every day around dinner time that's no good
I went to train before work I finished at 7:30 I went to get a shower the showers and blocked off for cleaning there was 6 guys waiting to get a shower before work I do not understand why they have to clean the showers at rush hour they have turned half of the showers off because of covid I understand that that however they've turned all the showers with the baskets to hold all your shower gels and stuff so you have to put it on the floor where everyone stands with verrucas and stuff on their feet

I think i have the same problem as many. Very rude responses to polite enquiries from my side. Upfront payment memberships are a scam. Would not consider the fact that due to the current pandemic people with conditions such as diabetes are advised not to risk going to gyms etc, however refuse to delay the return.
Do not fall for their scams. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible. Avoid. Avoid. I paid for a years membership upfront and only used 2 months of it before the pandemic hit ... with my health condition I’ve been told by the doctors to avoid to the gym due to Covid . they Won’t refund and we’re very rude and unreasonable when it came to it I’ve lost out on about 8 months worth ... which could make all the difference to me right now .... save yourselves the money and hassle and avoid this place ... inside is also dirty and staff are rude

Rip off...do not pay up front for memberships.
I paid upfront for a fixed term membership but 24/7 closed their Bromborough gym owing me 3 months membership. They refused and quoted an obscure term in their contract. Like many other people on Trustpilot I feel like I have been ripped off.
