I wish I could give less than one star - this company is a fraud! They are not able to manage your website without a great deal of mistakes and wasting your time. Worse than that, they will frauduently try to re-charge you for continued service EVEN after you properly cancel the service. They tryed to slam a charge to my corporate account for the following year! Over 9-months after cancelling the service. Finally, when I spoke with their customer service, he ended hanging up on my request for confirmation that all of my data was removed from their system.

I trusted Kevin at 24x7WPsupport and gave him access to my Hostgator account to transfer my website. I changed my mind due to the cost. Minutes later my bank notified me of over $1100 fraudulent Hostgator debits. My website disappeared and I was not allowed access.
This company is NOT affiliated with Wordpress, as they would lead you to believe.

This is the right place!!! I was quoted $3,000. to $1,500. for a 3 page Gallery website. I found these guys for $300. REALLY!!! They did a FANTASTIC job, in about a week, and I have a really BEAUTIFUL website, that works perfectly, and is searched #1. Hope you find your way to these guys!!!

I have only been with this organisation a few days and up to now they have been very helpful in what I ask for.

I have had more help with my WordPress issues on my website than my developers and freelancers that I wasted all my resources on.
For the cost of the subscription per year is well worth it.
I shall continue to use them year after year!

I had no idea about the WordPress plugins and what I needed and I know I had many that were not needed.

very straightforward and efficient. Had my problem resolved within minutes (literally).

On the whole, I would say our website revision project went well. High marks for the design, layout and functionality. Comments from our Steering Committee were generally positive. Low marks on training. I was disappointed with that. First off, a new editing program has been introduced, “Elementor”. To me this seems overly complicated and difficult to navigate. Making changes and updates is now a challenging task instead of an easy revision. I am not a fan in the least. When I requested additional help and training the response back was there would be a fee for another session. Really? This type of attitude is off putting and unnecessary. My thinking is the training was lacking and inadequate and why should I pay an additional fee? To their credit, I was provided with another training session at no charge, but my impression had already formed.
