I ordered one item and found the next morning, with no communication with me, the order was cancelled. I requested overnight delivery and asked repeatedly for a call to confirm the cancellation. I never received the order nor am explanation.

Great and intuitive interface
I really enjoyed how intuitive the website interface was for ordering battery cables. I would suggest adding the ability to select adding one or two 6 to 10 AWG pigtails to 1/0 and 2/0 battery cables. Helps give a factory look to the customers project that way.
